>That flashback scene at the beginning
>That Yogi Bear cameo
>Billy walking in on the Dwarf's flashback
>The drill sergeant censoring the battle scene
>"Tell me, what is your name?"
>"NOT YOU, DUMMY! THE HUMAAAAAAN!"
To this day it's still a 10/10 episode
>>He thinks that's the best episode and not Keeper of the Reaper
Keeper of the Reaper had Fred Fredburger in it, and he was the obnoxious new character that fucking ruined the show.
Fred Fredburger was tolerable in "Keeper in the Reaper". Him sticking around afterwards was what ruined the show.
But I will say that "Here Thar Be Dwarves" definitely surpasses "Keeper of the Reaper". This isn't an insult to "Keeper of the Reaper", it's just that "Here Thar Be Dwarves" is a really damned hard episode to beat.
Fred Fredburger was great in the context of Keeper of the Reaper, because the plot needed a stupid, frustratingly annoying jury member to work. He had no reason to ever appear again after that, though.
>Alright LISTEN UP you little raddish munchers! This battle is about to become way too exciting to show our younger viewers! SO, instead, I will show you this sooothing image until the fight is over.
>SWEET MOTHER OF FOG YOU SHOULD SEE THIS! Cookies and mushrooms flying through the air like june bugs in a swamp! Whew! It appears to be over. Let's go back to the -
>(Cut to the elf jamming a cookie into King Beardbottom's eye) WOOAAAH!
>(Cut back to the koala) That was entirely my bad!
>I misread the signal! I knew a guy named Joe. He misread the signals in a combat situation - now he eats EVERYTHING through a MECHANICAL STRAW! Wait, battle's over! Carry on.
Here Thar Be Dwarves was definitely my top 3.
Another one that, and I can't precisely pin down why, I really like was that episode with the Chicken Juggling and the tribute to Rubber Hose animation.
>Chasin' my dreeeam, chasin' my dreeeam, walkin down the sidewalk chasin my DREEEEEAM
>He's................ THE OOOOONE!
>I've got MY money on the hungry bear.
>Well maybe you should stop making your babies so delicious!
Dracula was the best fucking character on the show.
>But before we begin, let's take a moment to think about why we're all here...
>My wife made me come!
Dracula and Hoss were bar none the best characters on this show. "Guess What's Coming to Dinner" was Hoss's best episode
>By Thor's Banjo! Woman- you are a Temptresssss
>You sharpshooting me, Goodpudding?! You stepping in my cornflakes?! Let me tell you something about stepping in someone else's cornflakes:
>...it's a weird way to eat cornflakes.
>Come on, Goodlamb, out with it! Is he on the bullet train to Smartsville, or is he riding the slow pony to the rubber forest?
>What happened to this show?
7 seasons was a really good run, the creator was just ready to move on.
Underfist was a pilot for a spinoff, but the creator just wanted it to be a special and decided not to pursue it as a full series.
>that episode with the chocolate sailors
>that episode with MOOOOOGARRRRRRR
>that episode where Billy swallows a shitload of gum and becomes an egotistical pseudogenius
>that episode where Billy and Mandy save Christmas
>that episode where Skarr becomes a pikmin and Hoss and Eris break up
>that one with the exploding penguins and de-aged Gladys
A fairly solid show all around. And, honestly, a product of a different generation of humor. Nothing else on TV is like this now.
>Billy, fighting outside of a hockey rink is wrong. But uh I'm imaginary so do what you gotta do.
Personal favorite. The inner frat boy. Say what you will about the later seasons but when Billy and Mandy was on point holy shit was it hilarious.
