Don't screw up the OP.
Btw, this is by far their worst GF vlog yet, literally stop talking about the episode after halfway through. But considering this is from the worst GF episode, i can understand
>s02e04 is a pixel short
fuck, might have downloaded a bad copy
bottom and top don't seem to match either
3 month hiatus after this episode, and 3 shorts.
They all come out few days before next episode, except on Disney XD2 that's only avalible in Micronesia, where they are released randomly.
There's 5 cards left. That means 6 more episodes. Which is a total of 22 overall.
I WANT NEW SHORTS DAMMIT. Seriously. I'd prefer it if they air during THE LAST HIATUS.
We'll see at NYCC I guess. Someone should ask Alex.
Probably should have been a dead giveaway I fucked something up, ah well.
Lines still don't match perfectly since I downscaled from 3 1080 episodes, but whatever.
>Dipper taking selfies in the middle of a serious business mystery hunt
Seems uncharacteristically lighthearted for him. Wonder if he promises to take pictures for Mabel.
He's with Ford on a high stake mission man, let him cherish the moment.
Well, they're buddies now. In a sort of mentor-protege way.
>posting the 500px inline version
Anon, please. No one wants to fill in a bingo card for ants.
Is it any funnier if you get the reference?
The promos where they mix a bunch of shows together don't usually reveal very much. Though they did fuck up and spoil Roadside Attraction in one.
The only description I've found of it says it's just the selfies and more of the scene where Dipper runs into the wall as he leaves the room.
No. His bio photo has him posed with a bunch of props.
From cutie to weeny to desperate horny teen
Steven -> Finn -> Danny Fenton -> Marco -> Wirt -> Dipper -> Morty
This one? It's closer, but still not a match.
That the bottom empty run shouldn't be there. It should look like this.
This is the part where Stan dies by a posessed Soos isnt it?
You broke her heart /co/...
>It ain't me starts playing
>Soos in an issue of Howard the Duck
I have Disney XD on, waiting for promo. If I manage to record it, it'll be a terrible shit quality I'll put on YouTube.
Just heard "I'm in the meme business" on the live action sitcom they have on
but what if the aliens are bigfoots?
They've been living under the earth for thousands of years and occasionally one gets drunk and stumbles up to the surface and gets filmed by humans.
>Western democracy is a sham propped up by an elite cabal of the superrich.
Yeah, Bill, tell us something everybody doesn't ALREADY know.
>Ole Pine Tree really is adorable, isn't he?
So that's what prompted all that terrible tumblr fan art. Fuck you, writers.
I'm pretty sure all the Bishie Bill X Dipper faggotry started after Bill's first big appearance in the show.
These are generally the oldest human Bills. Work your way from oldest to newest and see how long it takes for popular fan human Bill to solidify. Then see what date's they were posted it.
Not too surprised I guess, they do this with everything.
Eh it kinda sucks that they felt the need to turn such a unique character into something so generic, but since it doesn't effect the show itself I guess idgaf. More worried about the writing for the next few episodes.
The "twist/shock ending" will be that there is no twist or big event, it's just another filler episode, possibly with another anti-PUA moral message. Alex is trolling the viewers again.
In three episodes after some more random filler hijinks they just go home. Series over.
I've had Disney XD recording since 9AM after seeing someone mention it, it still hasn't shown again. They've shown the one for the upcoming Wednesday night of premieres multiple times already.
Actually running myth is that the first building they bought to make DXD offices had an XD graffitid on the front, which they used as a reference point (i.e. 'Drive until you see the door with the XD...')
So basically some kid is to blame.
I don't have the full thing. Got part of it during the credits of a show, but it's also stretched weird. Still waiting on a full clean copy to upload to youtube.
This is the original version of the selfie image I posted.
>Stans Lodge Buddies/ The Loyal Order of the Holy Mackeral
>The mysterious shadowy figure in Irrational Treasure
>The Gnomes Have A Clear View of Northwest Manor
Anything else? Which will be revealed by series end?
Thanks! Can't wait for even more footage.
Also, on a scale of 1-10 how intense is this episode? 10 being "catastrophic"? I might not be able to catch the episode, but I don't want to stress over it if it's not THAT intense.
What's going to happen next episode, from what we've seen:
1. Mabel is planning the twins' 13th birthday party. Dipper can't help her because he's on a mission with Ford.
2. The party probably won't happen this ep because it looks like it's about a week away.
3. Mabel sad about leaving after the summer.
4. Dipper and Mabel in contact with walky talkies. Mabel looks sad and then angry, why? Can people not make it to the party? Mad at Dipper for blowing her off?
5. Dipper and Ford go to cliffs, probably aay lmaos.
6. Best guess for Dipper and Ford plot: the rift is cracking, they go to the floating cliffs in hopes of using the technology they find there to contain the rift. The aliens might have tech that can contain the rift.
7. They get all beast up: why? Non plot arc explanation: the alien ship has boobytraps or they just fall or something. Possibly plot arcy explanation: one of Bill's agents/paws or multiple Bill agents/pawns, Gideon and/or others, attack them.
7.Something big happens towards the end of the ep. Non plot arcy (maybe) explanation: they fly the alien ship, it rises above town and everyone sees. Plottiest explanation: the rift shatters.
AKA things Hacklex Hacksch forgot about.
Alex did an interview once (as Stan) where he referred to Wendy as "the teenager who's tall like a grown woman because of freak lumberjack genes", or something to that effect.
Does that qualify as exceptionally tall? Not sure.
Compared to 12 year old Dipper she is very tall for a 15 year old but then her friends are all as tall as her and it makes them all look 18. It'd make the Dipper crush thing much more funny if Wendy was constantly dating boys her age who were all a head shorter than her.
Finally a good reason to use this.
Ask if the baby in AToTS was Shermy Pines.
Note Alex's refusal to answer.

It's shitty quality but it's better than nothing.
>we still know nothing about the twins' life outside of GF
I always wondered if the dinosaur from "Time Travelers Pig" was actually in the future after it broke out of the amber.
Like, they planned on having a callback, but they never got around to it.
They are though. Mabel and Dipper think they go to the past at one point but it's literally the same background that was on Tourist Trapped
There are also the extra feet in Summerween
>yfw next episode is going to be the twins having all of their adventures backwards
I would also like to know
First thing that came to mind was like that one-off joke in Star Vs, where you see star's feet kicking under a rug... But star is actually on the other side of the room. Out of place af
Ok, so I just watched the episode and when everyone is hiding in costumes, Mabel and Dipper stand besides ANOTHER costume which happens to have hands and wears the same shoes as Dipper.
Don't worry, guys. The setting looks futuristic when the Babypocalypse happened. Your Gravity Falls is totally protected.
>it was everywhere at some point
Know of any good theories surrounding this? Makes me think back to Future Dipper as detailed in the Guide book.
The shoes I could maybe let slide, but not with the hands too! Joke or more? You never know with GF
I always saw that as those frilled sleeve'd undershirts? Kinda like pic related.
Remember, the world won't end at least until 3012
Theory was that it was future Dipper and the scene where Soos distracts everyone with the skull joke thingy was Soos trying to stop Dip and Mabel from noticing the other Dip and Mabel, because he's a bro and didn't want them to go totally nuts.
>At what point in the future did we get another moon?
that's the egg moon created by Dr. Eggman
most probably Alex will say that in the future they get with someone else. Sadly ,until then pinecests ftw┬б┬б
GF doesn't shy away from dating itself. There's no secret that it takes place in 2012. Why wouldn't 12-year-olds do selfies and memes?
I like how Mabel is the memer while Dipper is the "selfiend"
nothing wrong with a good selfie
I'd think of it as cute if I hadn't pseudo-befriended the author.
She just wishes to self-insert her as-wrong-as-misogyny-beliefs everywhere, this comic right here for example, stems from her, and I quote, "belief that all straight men are automatically disgusting and should just disappear"
I love how the entire episode was basically Alex taking the whole Dipper-X Ship and sinking the damn thing.
It just feels funny.
Best to start with the older ones and work his way up. The Wendip was blown out of the water, and he reaffirmed that in this episode. Next target, Candip. Next Pacifidip and finally Twincest. The anti-Ship Uboat can't be stopped.
That little official promo thing of Puppet McGucket going through various ships and when he got to "Dipper with Pacifica" it cut to a clip of dipper and Mabel retching...will also be comedy gold.
p-cest soft confirm, good job alex
>yfw the perfect fit for Alex's schmeckle was RIGHT THERE all along
I thought the Dipper/Wendy plot was finished because there were so many complaints about it in the first season. Of course, that doesn't explain why it was brought up again in the most recent episode.
Dipper is a stand in for himself. Everytime someone mentions pinecest, another piece of memory gets locked away in the deepest, darkest pit of his subconscious so he can go on living ignorant of how many people indirectly want him to fuck his sister.
>The anti-Ship Uboat can't be stopped.
Death of the Author
Death of the Manlet
I feel bad for him because there's no real way to prepare for something like that, or cope with it for that matter.
What do you want, a poem? It's a horribly OOC slash fic, most people would call that shit. Get over it, namefag.
I'd like to point out that the show's target audience is children, not /gfg/. While this shit seems cringy, forced, and dated to us, most kids in the target audience just recently discovered the internet outside of webkinz.com, and they eat this shit up.
it's from earlier /gfg/ threads.
After into the bunker and blendin's game.
somebody might have used it, but the comic started here on /gfg/.
I should know because I drew the damn thing.
>what about angels?
We've had fairies, unicorns, and the love god.
Ghosts pretty much confirm some sort of supernatural life after death.
No angels, or demons. Just things. Things that view life in this dimension at best, pitiful things to ignore or at worst, pathetic creatures to dominate and consume.
Tip all you want. It won't save you.
Right? For all the times it can seem like Stan is too irresponsible to be a good father figure, I think he has his moments.
maybe Bill's friends aren't as bad as everyone makes them out to be,
they're far worse!
OR Bill's friends will end up helping stop Time Baby after global warming releases him from his icy glacier.
And all of Bill's actions will be justified because he did it all of this to preserve the balance.
It's for everyone you idiot. And that includes the majority of people outside /gfg/ who likes memes.
>tfw I was Stan growing up
>put up with being almost blind until I was 14 or so
>couldn't read shit in class and couldn't enjoy movies
>still was not even remotely cool
Reminder that men who make a lot of selfies often score high in the Dark Triad of personality traits.
tl;dr Dipper is going to shoot up some tourist attraction in the northwest
>Dipper is pressured into going on a date with Candy
>Dipper doesnt even say yes, Candy just takes him not saying no as a consenting yes
>Dipper tells his friend Pacifica that he doesnt like Candy as more than a friend
>Pacifica just shits on him for it
>pick up artist
Would you do Bill?
In every form he'd take
>One study found that male users who had SNS posts that alluded to excessive drinking and promiscuous behavior were perceived as more attractive than male users with posts identifying them as тАШтАШthe life of the partyтАЩтАЩ (Walther, Van Der Heide, Kim, Westerman, & Tong, 2008).
I should mention that I'm an alchoholic slut more often
are you trying to argue the advice Stan gave him and which Dipper performed wasn't that of a pick up artist?
Dipper's the one who cowardly refused to clear up the misunderstanding with Candy until it was too late
I just watched Roadside Attraction and noticed this line:
Dipper: Are you running from the law again?
Contradicts to some people claiming it could've taken place in 2A.
this study doesn't really clarify what it means by 'time spent on social media'
does it include having the platform open in another tab in case someone wants to message you? Does it include skimming your feed but not interacting with anyone?
everything about this AU makes me cringe
>Contradicts to some people claiming it could've taken place in 2A.
Are really there people who are claiming that? All I've seen so far are complaints that it would've been better in terms of pacing and character development had it been set in 2A.
Problem is, I like the basic premise (Dipper and Mabel separated at birth, Dip raised in GF by stan and Mabel raised in Piedmont by parents), but nothing about the way the artist brings it to life is palatable.
