I've done some research.
Take zinc at 50mg with 3mg of copper once a day with 3-5g of folic acid.
Pygeum is good at 100mg-200mg a day.
L arginine I'd take with L lysine and dose it at 1.5-3g a day for both. This is all how your body responds, everyone is different. I'd probably take 1-1.5g a day of each and then when you know you might be having sex up it.
Lecithin, take 1200mg/day, but again, if you know you want to shoot a big load, crush out like 15-20g the days before. 1200mgx5, 3 times throughout the day. Apparently it really only works well if you load it in, but obviously don't do it all the time.
Also, something like horny goat weed or tribulus would be good to take in small amounts to the days you know you might have pussy, then obviously up it a little bit on the day you're getting pussy.
Then keep hydrated as fuck, gallon of water a day. Throw in some pineapple juice and celery, because of myths, who cares, they're not bad for you anyways.

100mg of zinc is waaaaay too much, you should probably drop it entirely, it's easy to get zinc toxicity at 55mg/day and you've blown way past that.
Really, taking zinc isn't worth it. Either reduce your supplementation to less than 25mg/day or eliminate it entirely, if you're eating a balanced diet you shouldn't need to supplement your zinc intake in the first place.

Technically, the ``REAL'' holy grail is a proper diet and a ton of water. Deficiencies cause the most issues with such things.
