It's mostly pretty straight forward, just editing values of things and everything, the only issue I had was with stuff that wasn't very clearly labeled. You should be able to find most of the information you need to edit stuff decently on the wiki, though.
It's not very hard. If you have Minerva installed, go find the TiTS save. Mine's in C:\Users\<Username>\AppData\Roaming\Macromedia\Flash Player\#SharedObjects\<Random string of numbers and letters?>\localhost. There's a save file for each save slot in the game. Pick the one you want, then right click it ->Open with-> Minerva.
It should open and it should say TiTS<savenum> on the left side with an arrow. Expand that. Buncha shit pops up. You can ignore it for the most part. Go into the Characters section, scroll down, find PC, open that.
There will be arrays related to all your stats, physical attributes, etc that you can modify. Then hit save. Load the edited save in TiTs. Done.
The TiTS wiki has more indepth about the different arrays if you wanna know more. I would make multiple saves just in case you fuck something up drastically. It's never happened, but better safe than sorry..

Back in my day we had to open up the damn things in a generic hex editor, puzzle out the encoding, change a byte here or there and hope it didn't crash on load, all while sitting naked in a snowstorm having dragged our computer uphill both ways to the only power line in the county. Melee in RyonaRPG is a bit tough and generally requires specific characters. Defence is the king of all stats, since 1 point of defence reduces all physical damage by 1 point, meaning that a well equipped melee-focused character (Presea and Iroha are my usual picks) only takes 1 damage from most enemies (though, conversely, magic can ruin your day). Pick a weapon that works well for you - daggers and swords, for example, have sweep attacks that make hitting without getting hit a lot easier, whereas axes have a ranged attack when charged. Fast enemies will always be annoying to deal with, but slower enemies can be beaten with hit and run tactics. It's often a good idea to carry a holy weapon around to deal with ghosts as well. Just be careful when you kill things like slimes, since if they're killed in melee they'll usually equip on to you.
Nakoruru has pretty awful defence and defence growth but high spirit, so she tends to struggle a lot in melee and do insanely well if the bird attack is exploited.

I abuse the bird attack as it's brokenly powerful, it OHK almost all early game minor enemies.
I do know she's awful at defence but her whole shtick is you never let an enemy touch you and you just focus on spamming your bird.
I also noticed why I didn't want to do a run from scratch. Even though I can unlock most dungeons easily as soon as a trap triggers while I am near an enemy it kills almost all of my health.
The auto-healer also seems not to trigger properly (maybe I am too low-level so I'll have to fiddle with the settings but for now I am healing manually).
Also, I probably shouldn't have gotten the "save everywhere", as it's incredibly broken, even house-rouling myself to "if you die, you need to rescue your heroine" it makes the game very easy if you are a veteran, even if you play from scratch.
Hit a weird bug in the FC 0.4.1 where every slave I custom order is infertile, has a smart piercing, had anal exactly 1 time, and branded by the last brand I used regardless of what I order.
Even though I'm in cheat mode this didn't happen until I hit a certain number of slaves (somewhere after 25 I think).
Hey FC Dev, relationship restriction isn't working properly. Slaves on the fucktoy (oral) job are making friends with slaves doing other things, despite the fucktoy slaves being forbidden from socialising. This is interfering with my efforts to pair all mothers with their daughters and sisters with each other as slave wives.
There are four bonus categories that I know of; old/young, slim/stacked, ink&piercing/unmodded, and XX female/XY male.
The facility head skill checks are;

Yeah, traps are a pain, especially the invisible blade ones. In trap-filled areas I tend to run around in the caution stance as a result, since at the very least it helps your resist the status ailments. You can also dump crystal fragments into the vigilance ability in the skill room (far right door in the inn if you haven't found it yet) which gives you a 25-75% chance of automatically avoiding any you trigger.
The auto-healer defaults to 0% hp, which isn't particularly useful for obvious reasons. It is a bit finicky when your max hp is low, though I usually find it safe to have it heal me when I'm at 50% hp.
Free Cities 0.4.2 up at freecitiesblog dot blogspot dot com. Metric shit ton of relationship improvements. Whores can fall in love with Madams, cows with Milkmaids, etc. Slaves now less shitty about maintaining feuds. Relationships can form based on shared fetishes. Now possible to see slaves in relationships boning in their off hours, from the main menu. Rules assistant can now be used to pierce and tattoo. New hardcoded slaves. Lots more little stuff. A pharmeceutical adulteration recall scare, FC style.

Different bug; in the cheat start, "fuck her with her daughter" from Cornelia's page overwrites Miss Anne with a copy of Sheba, so the list becomes Lily, Cornelia, Sheba, Sheba.

It's a turn-based Monster Hunting RPG made in Unity (2D though), where your character goes out to fight beasts like Orcs, Goblins and other things of the sort, dominating them if they win, getting dominated if they lose. There's a second level (and shortly a third) but it's mostly just going around and the "experience" of it. I like it pretty well.

When I played for the first time, I would always pull the lever in the prison guard's bedroom as soon as I found it, without realizing that it releases the minotaur. If you don't want to fight him, just leave the lever alone. Take the stairs if you want new enemies.
Would it be possible to add requests for the player to train/modify slaves to custom orders by a potential buyer/other slave owner, similar to how buying custom slaves works for the player? Improving slaves and selling them at a profit is possible already, but the game ignores that aspect pretty much entirely.
On a related note, what about offering slaves freedom if they earn a certain (high) amount of money for the player? This would also be a way to remove slaves that have high devotion, selling them breaks my heart :(
As the game goes on the stable only grows and the endgame for me tends to be waiting for the next version which will invalidate my save.
So, I was playing RyonaRPG and got to the point where you get caught in the Back Streets. They put the dog collar and tail on me before I could teleport out, yeah? I went to get them removed at the church, and they came off fine. Problem is, my sprite is stuck as a dog. None of the people react as if I'm a petgirl, but the sprite just never went away. What do?
P.S. How the hell do you escape the back streets room normally (i.e. not warping out)?

Regarding the posts I saw, I can understand the concern that the game is going to be a furfest. I mean, there are probably gonna be furries in the game at one point or another, not even gonna lie, but they're not gonna be very common. Our main focus is on more monstrous creatures such as orcs, nagas, goblins, etc. If you know of any other forums or communities where there are good communities for adult game development, do let me know though.

I just had the sister recruit from my body guard basically clone all of her stats, her job, and her relation ships. After which point my original BG assimilated her slave wife "Agent Smith" style. I now have 3 body guards.

You know, it's stuff like this I had forgotten about (not the room but the dumping crystals part) which I had been carrying on from one previous save to the next one.

Isn't that actually completely useless as the game doesn't deal with it as if it was a fairy in Zelda? When would you ever be in a 0% situation? Again this is one of those things which I wouldn't be noticing if I hand't started again from scratch.

It's supposed to be nintendo/8bit hard. Well, that's putting it harshly, it's more like Dark Souls hard. Not "pixel perfect" hard but "don't go into a dungeon without healing items FFS" hard as opposed to most jRPGs being "you can beat this without any items or equipment if you have ever played a jRPG before"

Kinda? You should be able to not die to most monsters but most boss monsters rely you to bring double digit potions or be VERY overleveled if you want to do them with almost no items (unless you decide to try to not get ever hit with hit and run tactics).

You "give up" and use a second heroine to save the first one (she'll show up in the sewers or you wait for her to be sold at the slave market when the game informs you)

It works in Windows 10, you only need to set it to Japanese non-unicode.
The only thing that doesn't work is AGTH but with the current version of the translation patch that isn't really needed anymore.

And yes, it's basically a spin-off to avoid Press Switch to become a shitfest of versions between community vs original author so they decided to make a new one from zero.
By the way, for those who don't know Press-Switch in the first place, it's a visual novel with heavy emphasis with opposite gender body-switching and mind control.

Some Skyrim mods are quite nice though.
I know these threads have quite a vocal anti-sub games base (and it's not unwarranted when it comes to stuff coming from the TFGamessite factory) but I have yet to see a game besides RyonaRPG do playing as a BDSM-style sub/slave well while giving you a competent gameplay element (Trap Quest maybe, but that seems to focus more on humilliation, only the succubus upstairs seems to do something in that direction).
I think part of it is the challenges devs have in creating such a game.

I think RyonaRPG does it "right" in the sense that it doesn't take agency away from the player except in bad end game overs.
You can continue playing as a "(public) slave class" heroine and try to win back your freedom or trying to defy odds by continuing to be a (slave) adventurer despite the added challenge (kinda your only option in one specific scenario inside the game).
The other approach I liked was the one done by the Prison Mod in CoC which had the game unlock new things you could do as a slave the more obedient you became (while still allowing rebelliousness and an escape route to the game) as opposed to just being completely linear the way most sub-focused TFGamessite games are where even divergent choices led to almost identical bad end meaning they are actually fake choices.
Oh man, a game like that where each time you get defeated you get added H-Abilities (and "equipment") like in RyonaRPG would be brutal.
Reminds me of that comic in which Samus gets captured by Bowser and each time she tries to escape but fails her restraints get upgraded while she has to start again from the beginning (stuck in a cage tied up).
You have learned the enemy patterns (and possibly map layout with a clean restart/giving up generating a new one) but in turn the game has upped your difficulty until at some point it becomes just easier to admit defeat and start from zero.

It's a mod for coc, and it's not that good. It was a stand-alone game that was almost entirely (I'm going to write this later).
They added a few scenes but it's not really that interesting.
You can do "missions" if you're devoted enough but it's the same one every time
The CoC mod has it as part of their release but it was abandoned relatively early and nobody picked it up.
Still, you have about 30 to 60 minutes of gameplay to explore before the game tells you "yep, that's the end of the rebel/obedience route" (there's only really an obedience route but if you are rebellious you get there much more slowly and can see a few extra punishment events while also seeing what escaping and being recaptured does before you get there).
Personally it's more that I liked the concept/idea behind it even if the implemenation is lacking as it is in a very early stage of development.
It has great potential and I think that is the way a sub (BDSM) game should be approached rather what 90% of "sub games" do which is the way mainstream TV sees that stuff (which quite honestly is cringy to me but then again I am switch so when I see those I just facepalm because I know how I'd approach it from a dom perspective).

Welp. Playing latest version of FC outside of debug mode, and I got an issue where a woman absorbed her daughter, and then a third seemingly unrelated slave into some sort of naveah hive-mind.

It's painfully obvious when you read it and it's what (somewhat) infuriates me when people in this threads complain about sub games without realizing that 95% are just garbage and those that show promise end up canned midway with only very minor shining exceptions.
I'd love to see the sub equivalent to stuff like overwhored, FC, Slave Maker, SlavMaker(Jackwhatever) + the plethora of visual novels coming from Japan which are almost inevitably dom (or other japanese porn games like the Rance series).

There is about a dozen people involved in that game all wanting (vaguely) co-equal importance for their characters (at least for now that they are still motivated), hence that result.
I hope that subsequent iterations will fix that.

What do you consider to be lacking in the sub-focused games? Are there any particular errors you find them making, or common tropes that get on your nerves? As someone who isn't quite a hard sub, I'd be interested in some perspective on the matter.
Well I generally like some "corruption" to being a sub and I don't see much of it. It's always just "yes immediately have twenty dicks in me and I'll do anything".
I mean I'd be all for that in real life, but I guess I've been "corrupted" to be that hard of a sub.
Also in most media, even if it's completely focused around it, it's a bit annoying if it's a complete railroad. There was some flash 'game' I saw a few years ago where they gave you options to resist things but they did literally nothing. Either make it a straight story (which can be ok sometimes) but don't give false implications.
Trap quest does this somewhat well, with your "sex/cum/etc addiction" scores and the changes to your thoughts on things.
As a switch I can second that.
Not all subs are made equal, some like to be rebellious and give their doms a challenge but if you were to judge subs based on most "sub games" you'd think they are cock-hungry sluts who mindbreak the moment a dick is mentioned.
Besides some of the examples already mentioned (like the CoC mod and RyonaRPG for how a jRPG can implement this) another dev who I think hits the nail on the head is the one behind Whorelock's Revenge.
Leaving aside that most people would agree the RAGS engine is an eyesore (sorry, bedlam) and a few (okay several if you don't like roguelikes) balancing issues he managed to make one of the games I enjoy the most when I am in "sub mode".
The corruption is progressive, the game uses cursed artifacts and pavlovian conditioning to justify it and it presents a genuine challenge between your objective (getting out of the dungeon) or you yourself as a player deciding to give up on that run and just enjoy the debauchery.
The equipment mechanic also having to have you decide on what you should and shouldn't equip like in Trap Quest is also something that tickles my fancy and the same can be said about doing a run focusing on sex abilities (trying to go for "femdom/trapdom" as a way to beat the game even if you will still mostly get dominated as a way to mitigate the amount of "sub corruption" you are inflicted with each orgasm) is the cherry on the cake.
If you intend to make a sub game, seriously, take notes from these games.
They aren't flawless but they really push the right buttons for subs.
Oh and as an addendum and for the love of the tentacle gods, please allow subs to be coy/flirty/classy and not just carboard cutouts of the "mindless bimbo crazy for dick" stereotype.
If I got a dildo for every time I have seen devs equal "sub = bimbo" (Aika gets a free pass by it being your goal to AVOID that and allowing for alternative approaches) I could have opened a museum, fashion line and a global dildo emporium chain with local stores across all continent including antartica by now.

Yea I was specifically thinking of that. That's probably the only time I've cared about the story in a doujin before.

But in general locon does a great stuff with all of the trap stories. The recent one with the (modern) brothel using chastity belts with built-in vibrators was just great in showing both the sub break down from his coy/flirty demeanour in the heat of the moment but conversely also showing that after all is done said trap hadn't mentally broken down but knew it to be part of the deal that he might (who knows how often) not get away with trying the seduction/domination approach.

I'm trying to play RyonaRPG. Game itself runs just fine and is perfectly playable, but the font and text is pretty fucked (pic related, look at the New Game/Continue/End menu). Anybody have any ideas on how to fix it? Googling around said to reinstall the RTP and provided links to a patch, neither of which did anything.
Linux, through Wine. I was very careful about setting the locale for both the RTP installation and the game itself, and everything I've read suggests that it should work just fine with that, which is backed up by the game being playable aside from what I'm assuming is a font issue.
That is entirely correct (without it being set to Japanese during RTP it will fuck up), but given that you are using Wine (I don't have experience with Linux) consider
1.) setting the emulated windows system completely to Japanese including Japan time (this shouldn't work but in some fringe cases for other RPGMaker games has been a requirement for me to get them to run)
2.) Setting Linux to Japanese non-unicode aswell if this is an option for you
3.) Doing a separate install attempt using applocale (starting with RTP) if neither work
With that said, this seems to be RPGMaker defaulting to a non-standard font because it didn't find the default and said alternate font is not optimized for RPGMaker
IIRC this also happens with the western release of the RTP sometimes, try googling "unreadable RPGMaker" and hope for the best if the above don't work

I'd share if I could, but I just can't justify spending so much money on a demo, especially for games that haven't proven to be very interesting to me, i.e. the characters in Malise don't look attractive to me and the H-content so far has been bland, while the dialogue is horrible. On the other hand, the Future Fragments team is all "lore! lore! lore!" and I doubt many people give a crap - I know I didn't read a single one of those terminals because the writing and voice acting from the demo so far sounds like a 13 year old wrote it. I've had Kyrieru's next game preordered for over a year now and honestly, I'm getting tired of what he's doing; he scrapped and redesigned the original game that he was making (i.e. the one that the first demo was based on/what the preorders were for) and has so far literally posted nothing from it except the redesigned sprite of the protagonist despite it being a year and two months since the first demo. I used to have a ton of faith in him, but all he seems to do is focus on his new Patreon for animations while saying that he's "still working" on the game while providing nothing. When he finally releases it in 2017, I'll be sure to share it here with you guys.

Don't ever do that, Linux supports Unicode so just use that and set LANG=ja_JP.utf8
Use convmv to convert Shift-Jis to unicode for all filenames before running it once and you're fine to go.

Just finished the (only finished route that I know of) of the Press Switch alternative game.
Gotta admit, once you get past the cringy introduction that route (as dramatic as it was at times) was actually even heartwarming once you reach the happy end.

For FC dev. Two artists whose style, I feel, match the criteria he inquired for in a previous thread.
I sort of like the concept of nicknames but I hate how they're implemented. Like just personally giving them a nickname would be one thing, but I think that' d be a tad boring.
I'm assuming the current nicknames are "unlocked" by them doing some sort of action enough times. Could we just choose to have that nickname on them? Change them even? Currently that's the system I'm most unsatisfied with.
I think it's a random event that picks a slave and applies a set of criteria. Then the nicknames are usually vulgar or overly familiar.
It's also the most boring random event. I'd love to see it replaced.
I really like nicknames as an idea and don't mind the randomization (since that makes sense), but I play debug a lot to kind of take it easy and play with the newest elements. I wouldn't want nicknames removed, and you can technically just set their nicknames with the rename function (just use the ' ' marks, IIRC).
But I can also see how some people wouldn't like it as a singular random event taking up your one RE slot. Maybe it could be it's own thing? When a slave rolls over to "earn" a nickname the game can ask if you like that "type" of nickname and maybe you could random or "pick your own", or skip the "type" or skip nicks entirely. It sounds like kind of a pain for FC dev to make though.
You should add outfits that aren't necessarily slutty.
Like the maid outfit for example. I was a bit excited when I saw it first before I realised it was a fetish maid outfit.
What I mean is it would nice to have some slave outfits that aren't necessarily about being half naked all the time.

I've finally started playing TrapQuest, but every time I try to load a save the images disappear. I enjoyed seeing the progression of my character's appearance, and the negative space the disappeared pics leave behind is just...ehh. Kinda unpleasant to look at somehow.

Adrift is easier, but Inform has greater versatility. It's got some shitty problems, but still has the best documentation for any of these programs I've seen. There's entire clothing, speech, and battle modules in the contents section, if you know where to look.
I had to use inform to make a very simple adventure game a few weeks ago and holy shit is it missing a lot of seemingly-basic functionality.

Verbs, then. Inform has them and you can define custom ones, but they're a bit confusing to get working since you need to define them in a very certain way. Inform verbs are annoying.
I found a way to make a "combine" verb but it was stupidly complex and was a lot easier to just do the shitty patch up job I did.
Of course for a serious game like trap quest it might be easier to do the "real" verb but still.
Inform comes with "insert into" so I made half of my things containers, made it so that if someone tried to "insert into" a thing, it would disappear both, play a "crafted" message, and re-appear the new item.

While I agree and just to play devil's advocate, Fenoxo kinda "got there first" in the sense that (for better or worse) we didn't really have any (western-developed) porn game that had gotten so succesful before and we still have a pretty hostile environment for (profit-driven) porn game developers in the West compared to what you see in Japan where they have had a vibrant Porn videogame industry for years to the point it's so big you have "professional" and "indie" devs over there (even if 90% of it is visual novels and jRPGs).
That didn't really exist in the West until recently and Fenoxo just got lucky to be the first "indie" porn dev in the West to get away with living off donations before Patreon was a thing.
You are slowly seeing official English releases of Japanese porn games crawl their way to the west (and even some high-profile /e/ novels which are "only lewd but without sex").

Will you revise difficulty levels? Normal is too easy and hard is too hard. I love to play hard mode but it's really hard to survive in the long haul, which is intended I guess but even if you manage to sell your beloved slaves at a high price the hard penalty on how much you lose each week (not counting upkeep, just got to have some servants) is ridiculous.

To clarify a gate (in the context of a fortress) implies a giant fortified door to open a close what is basically a wall that is several meters/feet high.
Last I checked, people don't built walled cities or fortifications and armies on campaign (like in Afghanistan) basically set up camps that have no real fortifications, the strength behind them is the perimeter that is set up around them where unidentified neutrals and enemies are not allowed to get close, at most you'll have a glorified fence with barbwire.
The closest thing we have to fortifications nowadays are prisons and they are built to keep people locked in, not to keep people out.
