This is my new letterman jacket
I've added the SEGA logo and coca cola logo myself
I thought you'd like it so I post it on /fa/
also the back
i'm gonna wear it on my eventual trip to japan
i think it's very tokyo core
that sonic patch made it a bit risky but if u pair them with some well fitting stonewashes and sneakers like in pic related, i'm sure u'd look absolutely rad af :)
Wtc the letterman?
Diy-ed myself a pair of these with flat white paint. Actually turned out really nice, just kinda stiff. Cant post actual pics because my phones camera is jacked up
i thought about buying this lately
coca cola articles are so effray
i dont know
the best replica so far is the official one Bandai put out for the 2011 anniversary.
no idea if they're still available though.
don't exaggerate. ain't nobody wearing $900 jackets to every halloween party for the next 20 years.
thats fuckin sick dude w2c jacket
I've had this sitting around in a drawer for over 10 years and I want to put it on something but idk what
basically looks like smthing a boy between 6 to 10 year old would wear
hey i love this album and i really like the cover too
i tought about putting it on a bomber, is it a good idea?
would it go well with a "techno interests me" fit?
time for some actual DIY
making my first garment ever, its supposed to be a coat, i fucked up the sleeve shoulder measurement and maybe i will have to make another one or maybe i can sew in another panel for that part of the sleeve, it would look nice
these are the panels, keep in mind that i left a gap for the seams, i´ll post the finisshed structures later
this is the back panel, kind of fucked up the neck tho, thinking of making a clamp there or cutting in the sides
these are the front panels
i´ll post the sleeves once i figured them out
just dip dyed some blue and red shirt partly black, raf inspired. they're handing on the line rn and i'll post em when they're done. probably didn't all turn out as well as I hoped, i'd like to give them a second dip but I'm out of dye.
here we go, although the camera isn't 100% true to the colours
I ordered more dye and will be going over it again when it arrives
Fucking liar OP, you didn't add those patches yourself since that was a promotional jacket back in the 90s.
I have one myself btw
ay thanks m8
heres what it looks like worn, not sure if that'll change your mind a bit though
originally blue, dyed the bottom half black. it was a cheap $10 in house general pants (australian) shirt.
I used Rit dye and put in a bucket. Obviously follow the appropriate instructions for your method and dye If doing bucket, make sure your bucket is large enough for your shirt to fit in lengthways. I use salt to set it. If you are going to do a gradient, have pegs on handy to keep the shirt in place.
for better info than I can give you see https://www.ritstudio.com/techniques/tips-for-successful-dyeing/
the one in this picture (red dyed somewhat black) I waited too long after using hot water before dying it and as a result didn't get as dark as I would like, so I'll be going over again. Same with the third one.
(Re-posting from another thread)
Can you dye over coloured garments?
I have a washed-orange cotton jacket that I'd probably wear more if it was a navy or olive colour.
Any techniques/names for dying coloured cotton?
Yeah I can see that you kind of screwed up with this one here. I wonder if it's possible to get that Raf Simons burgundy dye or you'd have to mix up some of the colours to achieve that exact color.
I aint wit it
I think more burgundy the better
but potayto pottatoe ya feel m'
yeah it's all preference and the Raf one's do look dope. i just think I prefer the black on the bottom for less hard (if thats the right word) colour blocking with the black jeans up to the red gradient.
and heres a cute little sketch i just whipped up to further illustrate what I'm going for.
I love the classic Sonic games, so it's cool, but WHAT THE FUCK was Sega thinking with the new Sonic design????
CHANGE SONIC'S ARM COLOR BACK, OR I WILL BOYCOTT!!! I feel very strongly pissed off of this change!!!
A friend just gave me his old pair of converse, picrelated. They're very beaten up and used. I wouldn't want to wear them as they are, since they have the white sole rather than black. so what should I do with them other than burning them? Was thinking of painting them white.
i have these baggy jeans. probably going to make into cutoffs. better ideas appreciated
That was before. This is after. Literally took like 20oz+ of "concentrated bleach"
>being a walking billboard
pig shit murrikans pls go
Think I should get this screenprinted on the back of a black tee? or invert it and print it on a white tee.
I'll remove the watermark in photoshop of course
What are some effay patches I can sew into my grey hoodie/flecktarn parka?
Has anyone got any tutorials how to diy scab jeans like pic related or generaly how to destroy jeans?
I think you're a complete faggot - advertising companies and corporations for free. However, here's a few ideas or contributions for you.
- diy crayfish [zelda ww] piece
Or if you're a sick cunt, make a speakerbox or TLB piece
gonna try screenprinting this onto a tee
