all black/ mainly black inspo thread
kek, i dress like that everyday
I wish I was wealthy enough to afford Kanye's outfits
>not being a palewave double agent for the summer
>three thousand dollar pair of high tops
there havent been very many monochrome threads at all
especially in comparison to the 10 active palewave threads everyday for a week
though it looks like that bullshit has finally faded away, the guy probably got tired of samefagging
if you dont like dark colours then dont fucking wear them, this board doesnt belong to you. anything can be posted here. looking at the fucking waywts from now to two years ago, most people arent even wearing monochrome
what's the consensus on wearing 2 kinds of black like in op pic? Not shades like dark dust etc but warm/cold black colors together? I used to do it now and then and I think it looks fine but my girl says she doesn't like it so I stopped.
Memeochrome, Reddit's favorite fashion aesthetic
modcore is as mfa as memeochrome
I'm in love with this fit. If anyone knows w2c this shit in specific that'd be swell
Can we agree that goth-ninja for the most part is dead? That doesn't mean all monochrome, because if you palewave goons think you can pull that shit off in the winter your kidding yourselves. I still think layering and drapey clothes will be around for a while just not in the same way. Really though if you want in on the next big thing jump on the #techwear boat.
Yeah I really don't think this guy is helping himself at all. I love monochrome I mean it's a classic look and will never go out of style but this guy has shit taste and is making the palewave kiddos look good. Fuck you op post actual good fits.
I don't have any new inspo but this is probably my most favourite.
no one has complained about what I've dumped so I'll continue
Alongside with this. I need that sweater or something similar.
which sweater? the one in the pic you just posted?
Oh you're still mad at that?
iirc some Anon (which I'm thinking was you) got told hard because they (you) held the opinion that people in the indistry hate Raf and Rick - which is a retarded opinion to have.
Also iirc, the thread agreed with my (correct) opinion and turned against the OP (you).
But no please, continue to be argumentative and project your miserable little life onto an anime forum.
Lol you are one ridiculous individual. You say you don't have the time to prove your insider connections and you're STILL talking to me days later!! Lmao.
And I don't give a fuck whether bandwagoning fuccbois echo chamber your sentiments. It doesn't matter to me what 16-year-olds who just got into fashion think.
But please go ahead and continue to pretend to be something you're not.
I don't take my name off and I don't believe in samefagging (who am I trying to impress?), but w/e helps you cope.
I am going back to sleep now because it's 4:40am and fiancé is getting mad.
Lol I'm just going to keep green texting this whenever you talk to me.
>Lol you are one ridiculous individual. You say you don't have the time to prove your insider connections and you're STILL talking to me days later!! Lmao.
modcore or mod inspired styled outfits had been trending the past few years. i feel like for FW14 the look is pretty damn played out though, doesnt mean you cant go with it just saying that its not the look of FW14 by any stretch of the imagination, maybe h&m will say its trending or GQ but we all know theyre years behind on any trend.
that's what im screaming
This has nothing to do with timelessness. That's pleb as fuck to. I'm talking about experimentation. You guys have no originally and are pretty much worthless followers trying to impress people.
please fucking stop
stop making up these fucking terms
postpunk is a genre of music, not a fucking clothing style
his outfit is inspired by punk, its not punk at all, jello biafra would never wear that shit, in fact his outfit isnt even inspired by punk its more inspired by hedi slimane who was inspired by punk *as well as a bunch of other shit that isnt punk*
and dont fucking act like "oh man dude calm down i was just joking by calling it postpunk" because you can't say shit like that on a board full of kids who think "palewave" and "comfycore" is an appropriate name for a clothing style
pale wave will never be a thing, deal w it. Its like seapunk 2 electric boogaloo.
Post-Punk as a genre, both in it's original and second wave forks, very much had an aesthetic tantamount. Just like punk, grunge, hardcore, emo, new wave, metal, indie, and any other music genre and correlating subculture. Past that, I don't really understand why you're mad.
because recently /fa/ has become invaded with a bunch of new kids that love making up shit like "palewave," "comfycore," etc, and acting like its some revolutionary shit that you have to wear to be fashionable
then, because everyone is just blindly trying to achieve this stupid ass label, people start posting fits of themselves in "palewave," "comfycore," etc and it looks fucking dumb because they're just wearing what normal people wear only they're oversizing a t shirt or wearing meme shoes or w/e
and like i said, it doesn't matter if you're joking, people will actually do shit like this on /fa/ now, it's fucking post-irony
already addressed the joke thing, and yes ofc i've noticed, it started about two years ago and that's when /fa/ started becoming shit because everyone here dresses like uninspired faggots and listens to death grips because it's fashionable
well, then what style is it?
thats why i call it SLPcore because its mainly Hedi´s style, maybe i should call it Hedicore or Slimanecore
>impying i dont do that
nigga i can tell 3 things i love about my three favourite designers and they will be different from each other
as oir dear Coco said, style is forever, or something like that i dont really remember
the point is that all that matters in real fashion as a form of art is style and aesthetics
adding "core" to it is fucking retarded, just say Hedi-esque
saying "core" is something people do way too often on /mu/, don't fucking bring it here
also, you know that saying "it's what separates the boys from the men" or w/e? saying "core" separates us from people that actually know what they're talking about, because they'll come on /fa/ and get tired of people using retarded, esoteric language to describe really basic shit and then they'll just leave
no i like japanese designers
>tfw you were in a party too drunk and you peed your black jawns
>tfrw you have to wash them
>the fade is unevitable
fuck, i feel like if i were wearing some cheap shit while i wear them and sometimes the dye doesnt stick pretty well
once i calles out on some pleb bitch because she was wearing fake adidas stan smiths, she went apeshit
i suggest you to save up and buy the teal, ones, i feel that being called must feel, like utter shit
nah bro kim's iphone app is on track to generate 100 mil in revenue this year...
how much of that she will actually bring home. only a few know.
but yah you have 2 high earning star.. so he's not gonna get nailed on alimony just child support...
>18 years 18 years
and i doubt ye would ever get custody.. All they have to do is show the tapes of him freaking out and attacking the camera dudes
here's an example, it's not exactly how i described w/ the oversized shirt but my original point was that they'll dress like normal people but then do something slightly different
i swear to god i owned the same fucking graphic tee from macy's when i was in middle school, the only thing he's doing different is rolling his pants
at least he doesn't look like he trend hopping :-)
no problem m80
ur gettin me steamed m80 >:-(
what the fuck, why are all these new people on /fa/ acting like gothninja was ever /fa/
it had like a few month's worth of hyping where people on /fa/ were considering making some really basic fits out of gothninja pieces but no one really shot for the whole gothninja aesthetic. but then everyone started bashing gothninja like really early on, kids went straight to "minimalism" pretty much immediately
people on /fa/ really need to stop acting like there's some big trend that they need to jump on, just look at clothes and figure out what you like and go from there, you don't need to attach labels to shit
and then there's that whole other part of /fa/ that for whatever reason likes to talk about fashion and trends even though the reason why they're "into fashion" is because they want to be more attractive to the hip girls at their high school, and the only clothes you need to do that are well fitting oxfords and crewneck sweaters, assuming you're at least 16
was looking at shoes earlier and noticed these and then i saw your post :-) may not be what you're into or your size tho
