Very plain but for some reason I just love this fit.
I said it's fucking geller, just google geller richard jacket and you'll find it god damn
You don't have to buy the jacket plus the pants, you know. As far as the pants themselves go, it'd be silly to wear them during the particularly cold days of winter. Wearing them without socks at any point during the winter would also be silly. On a typical fall or early/late winter day, wearing them with sneakers and socks would be just fine.
You basically just want to avoid doing something that the average person would notice as silly, like wearing cropped pants and sandals when it's snowing.
You're asking for quite a lot given that you have nothing to spend.
It's not currently on the site, but I see them at the stores all the time.
If Uniqlo isn't an option, then you need to be honest with yourself and just admit that you can't afford the things you want. There's nothing wrong with that or you, but that's just the way it is.
I got u homie
not sure how's quality with mango clothes doe
Can anyone iD the hoodie? Right seems reasonably comfy.
no problem mane I've been looking for stuff like this myself
also found one on zara if you dont mind the bad cred they got on /fa/ http://www.zara.com/us/en/man/knitwear/knit-blazer-c269238p2164551.html?sharedProduct=true
How do you mean? Are you referring to the exact knit jacket that Robert Geller makes, because you're paying for an expensive custom fabric and then Japanese manufacture.
Knit jackets/knit blazers are incredibly common and their styling has little to no bearing on their price other than you have to use a touch more fabric to make a collar and lapel.
Robert Geller ~$400
Armani Collezioni ~$800
Forever 21 ~40
Club Monaco ~$200
i am both attracted and repulsed by this at the same time.
Haven't seen those exact jackets in person yet but with Geller there is a lot of attention to detail, even in things that only the person wearing the garment is likely to notice. Every part of it is going to be quality. Then it's been ethically produced in a limited run, in non-sweatshop conditions in a first-world country.
Most of what's being posted are Japanese brands like visvim, kapital, white mountaineering, etc. All you have to do is look up these brands and look for their womenswear collections. Don't ask people to spoonfeed you.
>asking for inspo in an inspo thread
>half the people here are yelling more pls w2c
>brands you stated aren't mentioned anywhere else in thread
>comfy core men's search turns up threads like this, comfy core women's turns up uggs and leggings
What girl hurt you when you were in middle school, anon? Did she call you gross in front of all the other kids? :(
Anyways thanks for the links they're actually really helpful idk why I'm bitching
I was instructing you to look up those brands and look at their lookbooks. Those brands aren't mentioned in this thread, no, they're being worn in this thread. In most threads those brands are mentioned constantly, and if you were more active on this board you would know this. The most recent picture, for example, is composed entirely of one of the brands I listed. Stop whining.
>What girl hurt you when you were in middle school, anon? Did she call you gross in front of all the other kids? :(
I'm just greentexting this here so you're forced to read it again, essentially being forced to confront how stupid you are. If you do what I've instructed, you'll find what you're looking for, and you'll certainly come across many other similar brands for lookbooks to draw from. If you want to stay and continue being obnoxious, that's fine, I don't care, I won't assist you anymore and the only assistance you'll get from other anons will not surpass the amount of content I'm leading you to.
You'll find tons of stuff like this in Japanese fashion magazines. The superfuture thread is probably the easiest way to find cool ones.
back to tumblr u go
Actually, let me be a bit more helpful because I don't know if you'd find this information on your own:
I don't know where that original image came from, but it looks a lot like something you'd see in Popeye.
Zasshiko is a website that uploads scans of magazines and such, Popeye included. In order to access it, you have to use their monthly password, which you unlock by liking the page on Facebook. The password for this month is Haru. The more recent magazines are not available for download unless you're a premium member or whatever, but you'll find plenty of inspo in the ton of other options available. If the link I provided doesn't link you directly to Popeye, which I suspect it might because this website is somewhat annoying, then I'm sure you'll be able to figure out navigating it yourself.
this guy always looks p comfy, bundled up in the crisp night air, face tucked away behind a warm scarf, bet hes about to eat/ just ate
some hot & spicy food so hes got dat light sniffle game goin.
fuck I cant wait for fall weather
I looked them up and have been browsing their collections, and again, I thank you for that. I think one or two pics from waywts would have been ideal but I did acknowledge that your links were helpful. But it doesn't really make sense for you to get pissy with me for not being able to immediately id the brands in these pictures. If I said something like "hey guys what are some brands I can look into for more inspo in this style" you probably would have just given me the brands without any aggression. But just because I specified that I want female inspo, you felt it was necessary to tell me off for doing the same thing everyone else on this board does on a regular basis.
I assumed you were being sarcastic, because I did not post any links. Your claims that I would have been less aggressive had you not revealed your gender or whatever are false. The evidence:
I am this poster. Notice a connection? I get annoyed anytime someone demands links on something that they could find themselves with just a little bit of knowledge. It takes waaay less effort to provide a little knowledge, it takes time for me to hunt links for people.
I am also this poster. I was much more specific and even provided links here because the anon was asking for something that I had some really specific knowledge on that I could only communicate through links and such. Also, he didn't demand links, so I wasn't pissy.
Ugh fuck I'm sorry anon. It was my wording that made this a mess. I don't need links so much as something other than "comfy core women" to try and search in Google. I'm really sorry for being so bitchy. I overreacted.
It's all good. You could also look into Engineered Garments, which has had more women's collections to look at than brands like White Mountaineering or Visvim. One thing you might notice is that these brands tend to be geared more toward menswear. The women's collections are ultimately just feminized versions of the same aesthetic. Most (good, non ugg+legging) comfy-core stuff for women is going to be just that. Even here: >>8868449
It's almost as if she pulled those pieces off the racks of a men's department anyway, given the oversized shirt and and boxy sweater. You may have an easier time drawing inspiration by looking at some of the men's stuff posted in this thread (and from those aforementioned designers) and thinking of how you can make the look work for you.
if I was female I would just live in Evam Eva and YouAsMe
idk if it's comfy but I like that kind of streetgoth
Zara do one (pic relatedl. I assume the quality isn't great but what do you expect. Looks comfy.
Awesome. Looks like a comfy bathrobe that's acceptable to wear out of the house.
Takahiro Miyashita always looks comfy. Everything from The Soloist looks like it could be a favorite article of clothing that you've had for years.
Trove is good stuff too. I'm still undecided about their affinity for twinky models.
I've just been to the Soloist website and even the music is soothing like a warm bath.
The Trove lookbook manages to style nice clothes horribly every time. Not just twinks but twinks in BERETS. They've got some nice bathrobe style coats this AW too but Japanese sizing means they're too fitted on me to be properly comfy.
Evam Eva have some mens stuff too, I just wish the range was bigger. I'm into the idea of getting a whole outfit of slouchy knit stuff from one place so I can hibernate this winter.
Just copped [pic related] from Cos. I hope they're comfy too. If not, they're getting returned.
No it's like the style just looks bad in me. I get swallowed by the fabric and look like a frumpy hobbit. I think I really need stuff that highlights my thin frame since I'm only 5'3". So no comfy core for me :(
what is the comfiest jacket ever that is still socially acceptable to wear outside casually?
