How can I lose body fat without making any gains?
I'm kinda skinny fat right now and I wanna lose that without building any muscles.

just eat less. Work out your maintenance calories and subtract a few hundred, now eat that for a couple of months and you'll be more skinny. cardio burns calories, so just don't eat them in the first place.
