How do I get Cole Mohr's body?
Do cardio and eat well, mix it up with some weights every other day, should work over time. Mind you I'm pretty sure he's underweight judging from the photo, might not be the healthiest of goals.

your insertions will forever look like that, it's simply genetic
but you can still improve greatly because your posture is really bad, I would not advise you to go to the gym, instead do a sport that emphasizes body coordination
Try something like swimming, gymnastics, bouldering, martial arts, dancing, you get the idea
you need to develop a feeling for how a body should properly be held up
also, proper mouth position is closed, tongue on the roof of your mouth (palate) - I meditate 14 hours a week so I know what I'm talking about

£3 meal deal for lunch - so sandwich, crisps/fruit and diet coke
for supper i just usually eat some simple thing, because i hate cooking, like pasta or something with rice. will eat out with friends and that during the week as well
only issue is that i'm quite fond of binge drinking so i consume quite a lot of calories like that. if i didn't drink i'd be a lot skinnier. i try to just like not eat the day after tho to offset it
a go running every now and again although i haven't done it for like a month now
sometimes i try and do some pushups but i can only do like 8 and i'm just too lazy to make a habit of it

i sometimes smoke while doing workouts with weights. not often though because i find smoking unpleasant/defeating the purpose of smoking when you're out of breath and mentally erratic like what happens when you work out.
A recent study actually showed a correlation between smoking before working out and larger increases in muscle mass.
It's a pretty negligible amount (like 1-2%) but it happens because the cigarette prevent oxygen from getting to your muscles as quickly, resulting in something similar to high-altitude training.

Right, I'll bite. Skinnyfat as fuck at the moment, 6'1. Have started going jogging, I fucking hate every moment of it. Have access to housemate's dumbbells and a pull up bar, too poorfag to join gym.
How do I sort it out? I think my main issue is the amount of alcohol I consume, but I live in the UK (and I'm at uni) where I'll almost become a social pariah if I stop drinking.

pls bench less and train back more. It's not an aesthetic thing, your shoulders are super internally rotated and you're gonna fuck up your rotator cuff. Mix up bench with some dips or summat.
Also, train oly weightlifting, weigh 95kg at 6' dead and eat everything in sight. Currently alternating between Greek yoghurt and Pringles.

get a fucking gym membership, get some fucking motivation. Doesn't even have to be a lot of motivation, just enough for you to hit the gym AT LEAST 3 times a week as a beginner. Bulk and lift for a couple months, then start eating at a caloric deficit until you look decent. Seriously, these "/fa/" bodys are the fucking easiest bodies to get EVER. I looked like this when I was a beginner and hated it, but I guess that's what people like here. Goodluck pal, don't fuck up. Because if you fuck something this easy up then you have serious problems
