n-3b maybe since it's polyester-filled, you might be retarded if you think the top two are "pretty". they're puffy as fuck from all the down.
if you want outdoor brands like columbia, check out patagonia, north face, arc'teryx (veilance).
columbia whirlibird is prob. the best value jacket out there. Not too /fa/(first generation ones looked okay if you were into the whole 'snowboarder' look. Current ones all look like generic crap though.)
Expect to pay around $140 on sale, $200 regular. Its a three season though, so you dont need to worry about layering unless its a really shitty day.
