Dry hair problem, anyone can help ?
When I wash my hair, it still gets kinda dry without even blowdrying, and when I put any kind of product, it kind of dries it too, like pomade I use.
What the fuck should I do ?
after you blowdry put a small amount of moisturizing conditioner in your hair as if it was product. there are products specifically made for this but conditioner works just fine. also dont use so much heat, try a cool blowdry. takes longer but wont make your hair a desert.
wat do with my hair?
no hitler youth pls
The longer it gets, the wavier it gets.
Right now thinking about just getting the back and sides short and leaving the top alone but getting some product to work with it a bit maybe?
Hey, OP, and others. Using an antifrizz or serum is perfect for your kind of hair. Kind of like a hair lotion but it makes it light instead of greasy. I use some here in the video that I made, the end talks about different products: https://youtu.be/CkeTfELTRb0
>tfw finally understand how to achieve god tier textured hair
Posted in the wrong hair thread, but I just got my hair cut about 2 weeks ago, I was wondering if I should just buzz the sides or let my hair grow out as is.
I really wanna shave my head.
Should i do it?
Can i pull it off?
Nope. You'll look like a cancer patient.
A general rule of thumb is that guys with muscles and thick necks can pull off the bald look, but thin guys with pencil necks will look sickly and dying.
Sorry for the shit quality. A frontal shot doesn't really capture how the hair was thinned out.
Got it cut at an Asian salon. (I'm Asian)
Actually this angle doesn't help much either. Anyways, I asked for short back and sides and too only trim a bit off the top but she ended up using thinning shears on the top (at about 2 inch length) and fucking up the volume.
You didn't think thinning your hair would fuck with your volume?
Thinning one's hair is a throwback relic from bygone times when straight and stringy was cool. We're talking 50 years ago.
It's now acceptable for men to have crazy volume, and actually even chic and cool, so I don't know why barbers are still thinning hair out. It seems kind of like your barber knew you'd feel gypped if your haircut was short (time-wise) and simple, so he started fucking around just to fill up time.
Anyone experienced itchy scalp on NoPoo or Conditioner washing? I don't know whether I have dandruff or not when I scratch my head in the light the things that come out are like little white coils. No idea if that's just fluff from fabrics/towel or actual dandruff.
I've never had this problem until I moved. I'm assuming the water is really hard here as my shower glass is covered in calcium residue.
Any tips on washing ones hair in these conditions. I even went back to regular shampooing and anti dandruff stuff which hasn't helped.
Shit tier hair here, even my barber half-jokingly said that it's bad. It's thin, it's dry, it's flat, but somehow manages to be heavy so that any product I put on it ends up not holding throughout the day even with hair spray or whatever.
So, I'm thinking doing something like washing every other day with just water and every other day with just conditioner. No poo with just conditioner didn't do much for me. Also I guess I shouldn't use any products during this process.
/r/ing more 90s long haircuts.
I need a haircut and I have no idea what to do, pic related. I've always had long hair but never longer than shoulder length. I'll be wearing a bicycle helmet all summer long so it can't be too long. I like the Nightcrawler hair.
I have a very square jaw, what hair cut would be best.
Actually, Mussolini sported a beard when he was young.
my hair is very coarse.
these are pics of it with a bit of style, much longer than id usually have it.
any suggestions on a style/way to cut it?
If your hair are long, try a catogan with no hair on the sides of your head a bit like him
What kind of hair style 4 my autism face shape don't rly Wana suicide
How is this as a response to the top knot? I call it the bottom knot.
Is this avant garde or what
Being serious now, I think the shitty ponytail looks better than when it's down, it's pretty long and curly but not in a good way, and I like how pulling it back tapers the sides. Should I buzz off the part below the ponytail that is thin/too short to make it up?
(guy you replied to)
I actually was inspired by a guy on reddit who I think looks pretty good. I asked him to send me pics of how it looks right now.
depends on the person can be good
dumping my folder from comp so I can save it to my phone
not really. i just ask for a taper with it long on top. i also have incredibly thick hair (get tons of comments on it from barbers) so i get him to thin out all of the top apart from the front
hope that made sense
> tfw I just realized that the CIA man has very nice hair
> tfw I realized this after getting the same shitty haircut I always do
> tfw I had the length to pull it off too
How do I get something like this (and maintain it?) I usually do I taper on the sides and blend it into a thick top, whih I wear up most days until it grows long enough that I can't be bothered wearing it up anymore, sometimes the effect is similar to this.
I have very pretty hair according to most people, I always wished I could wear it flat easier, but the growth patterns are weird and lead to bad inconsistences length wise
Planning on getting it cut in a month or so and I'd like some suggestions. I generally don't use product because I'm a lazy fuck, but I've heard my hair looks good messy. Would love to hear more opinions, though. Can add what my hair looked like slightly longer about eight months ago if anyone's interested.
Should I get a haircut or keep it growing?
Eyebrows are hair. Go natural.
As for your HEAD hair... I think I can see bangs? They don't really match your face shape. Hair doesn't look too fried, maybe a cut but that's up to you.
nonono, don't do that, let it grow!!
I made the mistake of cutting that off and it just looked so shit when i wore my ponytail higher. I ended up cutting my hair all off the other day and apart from feeling like a bellend, that was a major contributing factor.
DON'T chop it off, let it grow.
What do. This is my hair as it is, I hate straightening it. Don't really want to buy much effort into it at all, except keeping it healthy. Long face with pronounced chin, asymmetrical jaw. Any way to offset these things?
Can someone tell me what to do with hair while I'm growing it out to shoulder length? Right now it just looks awkwardly too long to be short and I don't know how to style it besides just using shaper for the top to keep it to the side
Here's a pic from the other day
you guys are such fucking noobs. how is anybody supposed to help you if you think you're all going to get doxxed from posting your actual face on the sfw boards. fucking fucking newfags, man.
I kind of want to do something different with my hair but I don't know what
help me out /fa/m - I would like to cut some/a lot of it off. what would you guys recommend doing? pics would be cool
Is this hairstyle /fa/?
I saw a similar one on Geralt from the Witcher and found a liking to it.
I like this one more than the other one. Maybe it's the longer ponytail?
leave it, I like it
grow it out, wavy hair is great
yeah, buzz the sides
I don't even know what to suggest for you
combover effect going on
eh, nearly, but give it a go
absolutely love it, This is the goal for my hair
not bad, bun it though.
looks ok, I'd say go for a cut to neaten it up
looks great, what product?
change shape of it, then grow out
stop visiting /fa/ you won't have a good time here
burn off all hair, use the scent produced as perfume, while it's still warm fuse a julius7 skullcap to your head.
don't spike, try to get more waves going on, get sides shorter
looks ok, grow it a little.
I'm doing the same, have been since september. Getting close now but it has looked pretty bad at some points. Stick with it!
Three tiny topknots like my pic
looks great, maybe just sharpen it up
What should i do?
I was planning on growing it to shoulder length but i also went with a hitler youth haircut last year, and i know for a fact that looks good.
(Mixed hair btw)
have a huge forehead but having my hair midlength all over makes me look like a 12 year old. Help me.
How would I ask for something like pic related at a barber?
Not him but I like this haircut Bradley Cooper sometimes wears and I fear if I show the barber a picture of him with it they'll laugh at me because I'm obviously nowhere near as attractive as Bradley Cooper.
more like this, but more clear/less gay
Can you guys recommend hair like pic related that will work for my straight hair? Maybe a bit longer than in the pic.
Fucked my hair up.
This is before. Basically me cutting it myself. The problem was that the top became too heavy and just looked flat and shit as soon as the product and hairspray loss it's hold.
I asked to get it thinned because some fucking girls in class said it would help give it some volume without weighing it down.
Went to a salon and I am not happy.
Gonna to literally plant some gum into these Bitches hair when I see them next Monday. Fucking white people I am never taking advice from you.
Not only did it turn out flat as fuck, but it's slightly square from the back. And looks odd. I realize it's not as bad as I think and my hair grows wicked fast so I'll be back to where I was in maybe 6 weeks. But this layering shit God Damn, I wish this upon no one.
How do I actually give my hair more volume? I saw some dude on the bus just yesterday with a messy cut, basically what I have only it was more obvious he had product. But his hair looked choppy, like they took large strands and just cut them which gave his hair some fucking surreal hyouka David Lynch shit. I need an answer.
Please stop what you're doing and respond to this 4chan post.
I would ask reddit but I don't know how to navigate the site.
im getting a haircut soon, what sort of cut/style should i get fa?
Would probably have to be longer on top. Im only 6 inches, she would need a good 7 or 8 for dat texture and flow. Probably a longer fringe as well to make it more fem. I think the key to making this look good is having a small head and a small face. If it's too large or too square or if your forehead is large, it cannot be pulled off, you have to look teenage to some extent
Still no response as to how to get more volume and textured hair on hair without being weighed down.....
/fa/ I need help with my hair. I pretty much have no idea how to fucking style it or what products to use. Its curly/wavy, frizzy.
any help would be gr8 tq
Holy fucking shit my hair is horrible and I have a formal occasion tomorrow where I can't wear a 5 panel or bucket hat like I usually do.
Please help me with some inspo, was thinking maybe a pompadour like OPs image but I'm not too sure how if it would suit.
Can anyone recommend me a hairstyle? I've been wanting to cut it for a while.
What's this hairstyle called anyway?(Dude on the right).
Why? Top was a bit flat when I took the pic, but it's not that short.
Mainly because the sides annoy me a bit and don't look that good, they act like springs and jump off (my hair is really rebellious).
new cut taken a few days ago, what u fink lads
not really, because people in vidya often do not have the same proportions as real life peeps, or have facial aesthetics tailor made for the hair style by character designers, also, hair is rarely realistic enough to truely judge a hairstyle
On my way to my barber right now. I already have ideas but the thread is here. My hair's thick as hell but actually quite wavy/curly if it's thin or of I blowdry. It's as untouched as possible right now for the new barber, but I'm going with an undercut I think. I want to keep the length on top for dem curls later on.
Can I pull off long hair/middle part with my profile? Ignore my shit skin please, I'm getting accutane soon.
Also I swear to god my face is lopsided and my nose is slighty crooked so no front photo
I don't believe you. It can't be thin and dry and still fall down that easily with product in it. Get a kind of hairspray that really makes it solid right away. Don't use liquid-ish wax or gel if it doesn't work. Get something really dry instead, like gatsby, or skip that and only use the hairspray. Kinda try to get it the way you want, spray it and then fix the parts that are sticking out or whatever, idk what your hairstyle is like (or the one you're going for).
I wonder how fags could live with themselves when they're cropping their face from their horrid selfie from their shitty room then pasting it to some ideal lifescene that they will never achieve.
I've ways had the thickest hair in my family, like ungodly thick. It's still just as thick and healthy, but after seeing so many people freak out about hairlines on here I took a look at mine- do you think I'll bald? I've had a hairline similar since at least 17, when I used to slick my hair back. Not much has changed- but what are your thoughts ?
(Ignore the facial hair, I'll shave it when I have a reason to go outside)
I was trying to grow my hair out for a Bobby Briggs, but it's been months since I've had the top trimmed and I'm starting to hate this length.
What do /fa/? Pls recommend hairstyles or whatever
Plus I always get my hair thinned out, because it's so thick
Another sneak peek
Yeah it's been like 3 weeks
from the front/ top. also it's pretty long at the back
I don't think I have any pictures of the front or in profile of this exact cut. But I let me search for some older pictures. My haircut doesn't change very much, I just shorten the sides/back and trim the fringe is all. It stays pretty samey-samey
This the the only other picture I've got of the one you asked. Buns and knots are for fags btw, I don't do it in public, and you shouldn't either.
Go to a decent hair place and just ask for the spiderman 2 tobey cut. It's basically what I have, ask for your fringe to be asymmetrical if you're insecure aboit your forehead or w/e.
Btw none of you fags have even tried to answer my questions
black hair general is dead
Is there any way I can make my hair have this quality or is it just natural?
Need some expert advice. What product do I use and how do I style my hair to look like this?
How should I do my hair? I hate it right now, since it seems unbalanced, and tends to stick up after I dry.
Also, how should I fix my dandruff issue?
This is probably a common question but I use quite a bit of product on my hair, it's medium length and I slick it back using pomade or wax.
So should I was my hair twice a day (once to rinse out the stuff before bed, and once when I shower regularly) or what?
is my hair too much
are sleeveless tops too gay for skinny guys
why do iphone images do this weird flippy thing
when did slicked back medium length hair become the new hitler youth? is everyone growing their hair long all of a sudden
Here's the after pick ya bunch of mongs. Just the cut, no product/styling.
How do I care for my hair? or at the very least, how do I learn what is the best for my hair? I have somewhat fine, dark brown hair - a lot of it. I find it tends to get dry when I don't wash it. I'm new to actually giving a shit - for years I've used axe 2-in-1 shit, more recently a styling wax. Where do I start, fam?
Reading this almost makes me wonder how you live with yourself, feeling feelings like the ones in your post. But then I just realize that you are simply doin' you, and that's pretty cool... I guess.
haven't washed my hair since august, should i just shave this disgusting mop off, or let it grow still?
