/fit/ told me to do twisting deadlifts last year. Unfortunately I had to stop due to (unreated) back pain. So I've decided to try again this year but I'm not sure on the form and can't find any videos on youtube. Can you link me one or describe the form to me please?
Who here is currently in the process of looksmaxing?

Currently on 50k UI vit. A and 20mg Zinc a day, zits compeltely disappeared.
Still 135lbs tho, can't seem to put on weight for shit.

I work two jobs overnight on docks, wondering what I could be doing to get gains? I would normally try the gym but I literally spend more time at work than I do in my own bed. What are some things I could take before going to work that would help me get bigger by the day?

This seems to me to just be asking for some kind of tendon damage or shoulder injury. Why do 1 arm pullups when there are far more effective/efficient ways of making normal pullups more challenging?

Incidentally, I took my gf to the gym on Valentines day last year, then a nice cafe for lunch after and she loved it.
She'd started coming once or twice a week with me about a month before doing general fitness stuff but Valentines day + gym went really well.

So, i'm going through a divorce and going to pick up my homegym equipment in the morning. My squat rack is a wooden diy guillotine tier abomination, so i'm planning on just leaving it behind.
How does /fit/ feel about zercher squats? Or are there other better variations i can use until i get a suitable power cage?
Not a bad idea. Plus it would help me work on my power cleans, i've never really included them (still pretty dyel). If i want to squat heavier would zercher be a decent alternative? I know damn well i cant clean 200lbs

I got dumped twice in one year and had few dates and the date never called me back.
Started lifting like a crazy person and now I'm getting mires left and right. It motivates me to think that my ex will never find a chick who is as young and has an ass like this. It's all stupid and I don't want him back anymore, but that thought really helped me to get started and still fuels me a bit.
