Walmart is pretty good, but it has no fucking variety, I had to go to fucking publix because they didn't have fucking kale, flax seeds, and the people in walmart looked at me like a retard when I asked where the chard is.

On the real though, Market Basket has the best combination of variety and prices. Aldi and Costco are both great for the money but I dislike shopping at them.
And if you don't eat a lot of meat and cook tons of stuff you can get from the bulk bins (they're called bulk for a reason), Whole Foods isn't that bad and has awesome variety.
Right now I shop at WinCo and I like it a lot but it's only in western states.
Also some Walmarts have a bigger selection of food than others. Mine has a decent selection of veggies (incl. kale & chard) but it's also fucking massive

You can pick up and fuck just about any girl that's at least two points lower than you. While the top 20% of guys will get laid like rock stars, only the bottom 20% of guys (and the guys who never try) will never get laid.

I'm eating 2000 calories our less per day, have a good macro ratio. I'm doing cardio, just started Couch to 5K. Am I going to make it. Any advice? My goal is to reach 220lbs.
Keep going. It's a long road but others before you have paved the way. Also 2000 might be unsustainably low, use the scooby calculator to see if you could be eating a bit more.

What benefits does it have for lifting?
It doesn't have benefits for lifting, but you'll be a lot happier if you think of it the other way around, with making sure your lifting benefits your Jiu-Jitsu. All the guys having "tfw I can't lift as much as my idol" and body dismorphia are that way because they train in service of something that's basically quantitative. Training for something more sophisticated like BJJ is a much healthier and ultimately more fulfilling journey.
Been training for a year now. Pretty much no benefit to lifting. You might get a stronger grip and have better mobility but that can be achieved without spending $100+ a month just to learn jiujitsu.

Been training since I was 17 (26 now). It has no benefits for lifting as it's mostly cardio. The opposite is true though: lifting will help you a lot in gaining more strength so you can apply the techniques more easily. In fact if you don't lift, you will probably get rekt anytime you compete at a level above white belt.
