I wouldn't do this, I would continue your workouts but trying to emphasize using your weaker side more. Also instead of dumbell curls, for example, do ez bar curls so you don't do more reps on your stronger arm then your weak arm.
Daily reminder the only lift that matters is the bench press.

I recently started a desk job and can feel my already poor posture getting worse. Any ways to correct this? I've tried consciously sitting up straighter but it doesn't really seem to work I just look tense.
relaxed state where your upperbody weight leans its weight on something. needs something under it
basically you would look like someone who is lazy by leaning back so much, but you save your spine and posture

Not op but it is a relatively fresh new meme originating from rich pianas bigger by the day series. In almost every episode rich will be "caught" on cam eating this cookie. As the camera focuses on him he will usually say "uh oh, oops! Busted again!" He will then explain how the cookie doesnt count as a meal or enter into his macro count (even though theyre something like 480 calories). He repeatedly explains how its simply a "yummy snack" not a meal
