Knowing most of you, you are sitting around 20% body fat (despite claiming to be 15%) after your winter "bulks".
That means that if you cut 0.5% body fat per week from now until June 1st, you may just barely get to 10% body fat for beach season.
If you wait to start your cut until March, you WILL be fat this summer. I guarantee it.

They aren't a garuanteed improvement, especially if you don't have much trouble staying upright. After two years of owning them I still prefer low bar squatting in chucks (sorry rip), but they definitely helped with front squatting and high bar squats. Tried deadlifting in them for a few months but wasn't feeling it.

5'11, 190, 20 months in.
I want to crash diet for 2-3 weeks. I hate cutting, and I want to get it done as fast as possible. Ideally, I want my regimen to be a slow bulk for a 3 months, then crash cut for 2 weeks. cut needs to be super steep, and hurt my gains as little a s possible. what I'm thinking is, daily:
300g chicken breast.
2 cups milk.
infinite celery, carrots, bell peper.
total of 800 calories, 100g proteins.
Well do that and enjoy losing your gains and being a skinnyfat after the diet.
The ultimate reward is the hard work and process. You'll never make it with that attitude. Patience is everything.
