Close grip is nice I guess if you're more focused on arms, but you can always just do regular ass curls and hit them harder anyways so kinda pointless imo
Does excess protein get converted into fat, assuming there is full glycogen storage in the muscles? I've read that excess amount of AA will be converted into citrate, shuttled out of the mitrochondrial matrix, and converted into acetyl-CoA, where de novo lipogenesis will occur.

I just got into it as a way to treat a couple joint and muscle injuries. But it seems like a good practice overall, even when you are healthy.
For whatever reason it really eases the pain and swelling after workouts. its supposed to quickly reduce lactic acid and speed muscle recovery. And it stimulates bloodflow.

I just fill the tub with cold water and a few bowls of ice. Then I get in and try to submerge to the neck. I'm only able to do 3 or 4 minutes, but I hear 10 is ideal.

I've been fucking with opiates on and off for 3 years now, I've kept the self discipline to not get carried away and get hooked but also to put training first, is railing a couple of oxy every now and then gonna fuck up my gains or what? Also generally what substances should i stop fucking with if i wanna continue on the path to success?
