Does flux really remove all blue lights?Of course this is considering you use 1200k or darkroom mode because i doubt higher than that does anything.
It does remove blue lights, reduce a lot, but to a certain point. If you had a shitty monitor (or worse, laptop screen), it will always have a blue cast. Solution: buy a good IPS panel monitor, it's well worth the investment.
Is there a way to tell if my monitor casts blue lights because i tried look at diffrent angles and even turned off the light but could not see any.Also with lights turn off it looks really relaxing.

I have been going to the gym for about 1 year now and ever since I started I've never been able to squat. I found out that its 2 reasons for this.
1. I have really long femurs and cant balance my squat.
2. I cant seem to get my shins anything more than parallel with my ankles. I cant push my shins any further than that.
Anyone knows what I can do to fix all of this?
What's the point in lifting if you don't have the V taper?

Sportstraumatologists in my country are basicly orthopedic surgeons who prefer dealing with sports-related injuries. The orthopedic surgeons sometimes take a diploma in sportsmedicine.
My right knee seems instable as fuck when the leg is extended, its totally fine when bend, can do heavy squats and everything but really habe to focus on not extending my leg completely
Orthopedic doctor made an xray and bone was fine, something was off about the kneecap but nothin major, hes not sure what may cause the instability, maybe something ripped but not sure yet
He told me meniscus is fine and that i have to wear one of those kneebands which hold the kneecap in place when doing sports, can train legs without problems wearing this, even 400+lbs squats
NOW MY QUESTION
i wanna run today and do some sprints, should i wait fir my next orthopedic checkup (4 weeks) or should i go for it? Dont want to lose my kneegains
