do any of you protract your jaw on purpose in order to look better? my jaw is naturally retracted and i have a weak chin. if i protract my jaw so that my lower teeth are under my upper teeth i look normal.
I've been doing that for 2 years straight now. Some days my jaw hurts after the day when I've been jutting the whole day. I just hate how my face look if I rest my jaw normally. Should I just get a chin implant?

Want to build up a home gym in a flat anything to look out for? Damaging the floor maybe? Neighbors?
Depends on a few things.
You on a ground floor or higher up? Most floors should be OK unless you've got stupid weight in there. I'd probably think twice about more than a ton or more of gear, which isn't tricky if you're serious and have a bench, powerrack, a few bars, and loads of plates.
It will be VERY noisy for neighbors, especially those below.
You'll also easily damage wooden flooring with that shit - either scuffing or scratching, or dinging/denting when dropping weights.
If you're cramped for room, consider getting a good set of bands (bodylastics for example). Using the door anchor or similar set up to pic, you can avoid heavy weights damaging the floor/making noise but not sacrifice your workout. Worth checking out

it shouldnt be illegal to kick the fuck out of the kid. i believe wed have a whole lot less douches, bullies, assholes, etc if people had to worry about getting fucked in the mouth. when theres repercussion, people dont get froggy and fuck with eachother or act like assholes. if this kid thought you would face fuck him with a hose, he would be way less inclined to bring this stupid shit to you, and probably a lot more wary and respectful.

Every time I see videos from the old school greats from around Arnold's time, they are using really light weights, for up to 15 reps and lots of sets. Hilarious weights even, like 35 lbs dumbells for bench or 40 lbs barbell for curls.
Nowadays, everyone uses powerbuilding with low reps and sets.
Why is that? Both are using roids obviously, yet the old school greats had very different (dare I say "better") bodies. Is it because of their pump/volume training?
