ive been obese, fat, skinny, skinnyfat, skelteon, builtfat and muscular and lean.
ive never had stretchmarks

I started going to gym few weeks ago, I tried CrossFit before but not my thing. In my gym a hear a lot of bad stuff about CrossFit and i don't understand why people hate it so much
I don't really think it's as bad as /fit/ makes out but it's still pretty bad. It seems like a lot of the time they have really poor, almost dangerous form and do really weird shit like yelling and screaming to get themselves psyched up. It's pretty gay man
