hey /fit/ wondering how much i need to workout to get my abs to start showing i weigh 130 and im 5"10 ive been doing a workout for 3 days now that consist of only abs im focusing on them in the workout i do 4 rounds of 20 reverse crunches 20 toe touches and 30 second planks any advice if i need to lose anymore fat or not (picture of body included)
IT'S SICK IT'S PISS
I was obese as fuck as a teenager (like 300 pounds) but I lost 120 of that over a 4 year period without ever really lifting.
Just wondering how much more bf it looks like I need to lose? I'm 5'11 and 175 lbs currently. I hate my love handles, my man tits and how my thighs sort of touch but I'm still proud of the progress I've made.
Just copped a gym membership as well, going to start a 12 week transformation program with HIIT but does it look like I should bulk or cut? Thanks family
Cut till failure then start lifting. Don't listing to bulk faggots. I'm an ex-fatty myself. Went from 225 to 150, then started to lift, got some gains but started to realise that I didn't finish my cut properly and still have some nasty fat here and there. Now I'm going for another cut and will probably lose some muscle with it. Don't make same mistakes. Cut to the Auschwitz mode first
Every time I read the word "barbell" I picture this faggot screaming "BAHJBELL" at the camera. Fuck.
I still like his videos tho.
Hey /fit/ I need some guidance. Every time I run/bike/whatever, the arch in my left foot (and to a lesser extent the right) feels like it's going to explode. It seems like plantar fasciitis. Once I get done with my run though it goes away incredibly fast. To the point where rolling it out didn't even seem to make sense because it's fine before I even get home.
Do I just grit my teeth and keep running in hopes that it'll eventually stop hurting? Or is there something I can do to help it along?
Be careful senpai or you'll end up with other foot issues. I used to get constant shin splints, pains in my sole and arch. I ignored for a long time then I got extensor tendonitis. I'd go to lifting and cut down cardio to a bare minimum for a while.
Nothing I can really do to help it along though? Stretching doesn't seem to have really gotten me anywhere.
Far left of pic related is definitely the issue. Was there additional information tucked away somewhere on this site? I tried clicking around a bit and couldn't really find anything.
>Tfw you have a massive crater in your fucking chest
>Tfw you take your shirt off around girls and they laugh and call it "cute" or "funny"
>You are a walking meme
>Tfw destined to be skinny because all pectus fags have trouble getting gains
>Tfw you will never make it but you lift anyway hoping some mystical pieces of lead and metal will grant you with a body you're somewhat happy with despite biology
You have an embarrassing and extremely notable physical deformity. People will always notice it, but using it as an excuse to be a pathetic shit-heel is even more embarrassing. Don't double up on failure, brah.
Are Lat pulldowns a meme exercise?
Real talk, I can still eat anything I want and lose weight as long as it's within my calorie intake. Right?
That pic contains at least 1500 cal which is pretty close to your entire caloric intake for an entire day if you trying to lose weight.
Lose the soda and you might be able to eat again in a day.
>extremely horny from nofap
>look at myself in the mirror
>fap to my own reflection
does that make me gay?
Help a brother out. It's been my life long dream to become a fireman ever since i was a kid so i need some exercises that can help me make the gains i want so i can pick heavy things up like you guys do.
A little back story about me
i'm 6 foot and 156lbs
ive been running track for 6 years as a sprinter so my legs are pretty strong from natty gainz
but im still mr.skeletal when it comes to the upper body
What would you guys recommend for the job?
any firemen that can throw a recommendation?
thanks boys, we're all gonna make it
Honestly get on a strength routine. I'm a medic on the fire dept and all the young cunt aesthetic faggit can't keep up and all the miles who we responsd to prefer husbando mode. I started SS in high school for a year did Texas method for 2 years now do 5/3/1 BBB for the last 3 years and do judo twice a week too with some strongman shit on Saturdays. Don't be a pussy lift heavy and be the best version of yourself. I'm in Canada so getting on the fire dept and obtaining your EMT license is a bit...

>"Hobby Lifters Annoy Gym Rats In Fitness Centres"
>Because the majority of gym-goers are not training for a lot of size bodybuilders must behave themselves
>those who train with heavy barbells and make noise are no longer wanted
>it makes the other gym-goers feel inferior
Goddamn, I thought I was safe in Switzerland and could laugh at the beta/SJW degeneracy happening in the USA.

>mfw I can't have barbell's accommodate any weight over 35kg because it apparently encourages steroid abuse
Better go with a bodyweight routine then
trying out veganism for about 1-2 months for pure giggles and curious about supposed health benefits. Everything going okay-ish except appetite. Hungry af. What can I munch on now and what should I get next time at the supermarket that is very filling? Nuts are great but dont have them atm.
corn is tasty but out of season in north. Get sweet potatoes, typically available year round in stores. Toss in oven and bake a while to soften, use lower temps to increase sweetness.
wtf is wrong with my body?
What do you think is a good 1RM on bench for a guy 6ft, 180 lbs, with one year of lifting?
