I'm a girl, not your average cardio bunny, i lift heavy weights and kick ass, but i do have a slight problem
i get my period quite bad, and im not about to take a week off every month just because of running the risk of shooting out blood when i finish a squat
so the question is, do you think it's better to squat (I squat for strength btw not just a good ass) or take a week off squatting when i have my period

What kind of ear/headphones does /fit/ use in the gym? I always used the ones that came with my phone but they recently stopped working after years of use.
I use the apple earpods, they are very resistant.
And most importantly, I sweat a lot and they don't seem to get damaged by sweat.
If you don''t sweat a lot just buy any earphone or headphone you want. If you do sweat watch for build quality and sweat proof.

I come to you with a dilemma. I'm a highly functioning alcoholic. This isn't self diagnosed; friends, family and groups have made this fact clear to me. In fact I'm shitfaced as i write this. I have no intentions to stop my behavior as much as everyone around me wants me to.
However, I come to you asking for your honorable guidance. I drink between six and 12 beers per night, recently switching over to highly alcoholic malt beverages and finally to $12 gallons of vodka (low cals, bro) that keep me going for two days maybe.

So I've been attempting to escape DYEL mode with SS, and have been doing it for the past two months.
But recently as I've been getting more tired, say when I've finished the third set of squats or bench, I begin to hear quiet classical music playing. It then slowly becomes more and more quiet until eventually vanishing as I rest. It is not the gyms music before anyone says something.
I don't know if I should be concerned about this. I am having no headaces or nothing else that stands out, but it is still...

No...Don't run to a doctor. This is your calling. Learn how to decipher the notes of classical music and lift until you have the song fully recorded. You will then pool all of your creatine money with your gymbros to hire a band to record the song. You will listen to this song everytime you lift. It will be your theme song. You will make it.

if you have big and/or well defined muscles your posture will be pretty good
/fit/ laughs at curlbros who do zero back work and thus have shoulders that curl forward but those guys are pretty rare

Well typically the sharper the object the more effective, though depending on why you want to cut it may change the instrumentality you desire. Additionally, your reason for cutting is needed to determine why, how deep in addition to other factors
I know I'm wasting protein powder by putting it on my cottage cheese and almonds as a late night snack when I get hungry, but that's the only way it'll taste decent. At least it makes me feel better that I use a shitty muscle milk crap for stuff like that and not my regular stuff that I use.
