Does anyone here do daily enemas?
End all of stomach and colon problems, feel comfortable all day, better life overall.
Are there any people here over the 1000lb club who can also run a sub 5-minute mile? What do you look like?
5 minute mile is like 16 100m runs in less than 19s in a row. I'm not gonna lie, I haven't run that long in a while but I'm sure I could easily do that if I tried. I'd be winded as fuck afterwards though. 1000lbs club and 5 minute mile isn't that hard.

How does /fit/ meet people?
I would honestly do crossfit just for the community aspect if it didn't cost 100$ a month at least. I'm finishing up with uni and would prefer to stay social as a real human bean in society while also staying fit.
Are there any options other than crossfit? My buddy who does muay thai wants me to start going with him but I don't know how social that would be.
Join a local anti refugee group in your community and make friends through working together to achieve political goals. You'll also make the world a better place.
I dont currently do crossfit. Lifting is fun and in the past I've been doing it at my uni gym. But I do it alone or with one buddy occasionally and I dont want that to be the extent of my socializing
