1,77m (5,80ft), 50kg beta male here. My hand wrists and arms are very thin. Started going gym 4 months ago and using weight gainer+whey. Gained 7 kilos in this 4 months. What to do? Should I continue to gym or go to a dietician? I feel extremely thin.
No point in going to a dietitian. Just track your calories better and keep adding more calories if you can't grow. 15.5 pounds in 4 months isn't horrible either. Just stick with it.

Hey /fit/ I've recently in the past year lost 140lbs and my waist size is dropping rapidly but i can't get new pants because my fucking legs(thighs to be exact) wont get any smaller. What do I do to get them smaller? More leg exercises, or running/walking? I would think leg press and all that would make them bigger but my dad thinks it will help.

Once I had a guy who said he wanted to work in with Squats. I was squatting one plate. The guy proceeded to rack 3pl8, then he left to do cycle, so after his set I'd have to take off 2 pl8s, which I just dropped nearby.

It's good for cutting, but I find it hard to get all my protein in during the eating window. So I just eat clean and fast for a day every other week or so.
That's why I want to try it. It's always sucha pain in morning to make something. I guess I will give a shot.

Anyone else ditched the look good in clothes meme? I've changed my mentality to wanting to look good in naked rather than looking big in tight shirts. I just want to look lean as fuck now when I'm naked and I don't really care about my muscularity in clothes I'll just wear expensive shit instead
This, being lean as fuck means your face looks its best and if you still lift your clothes still look good and people will still be able to tell (not to mention if you buy slim fit/slightly revealing clothes it still shows off your gains). Plus you get the confidence boost from knowing you're a shredded sickknt.
