Are knee wraps any good or necessary when I'm squatting around 100kg? I have displaced my left knee couple times while running and I feel bit hesitant about squatting more than my own weight. My physiotherapist said that they are unnesseccary aid and musckes supporting knees get stronger without starps.
Should I fap after of before the workout?
I usually do it before. It feels like a warmup, plus it prevents me from risking getting a bulge in the gym kek
Made a little home gym in one of my spare rooms, what do you think? I'll be getting a decent bar soon, and that will be everything. Do you think I will be able to get huge with what I have, or will I still need to go to a proper gym that has more advanced equipment? I live in the middle of nowhere so the nearest gym is quite a long drive.

A common idea amongst the general public is that late night eating leads to storage of more fat than usual, when consuming the same amount of calories at other times of the day, when perhaps you would be more active (burning more energy). What do you think?
i eat when i wake up and before i go to sleep. The hole store more fat thing is most likely total bullshit. The eating carbs at night thing being bad is total bullshit. i usually have a bunch of greek yogurt and some granola and fruit before i go to sleep. Not much fat and a lot of protein and fiber.
Hi /fit/, I'm relatively new to the whole workout thing only been consistently at the gym for 6 months inconsistently another 6 months before that. I've started to stall on some exercises and I thought maybe it's because I'm not eating enough. I decided to use my fitness pal to see how much I need to eat and how much I am eating. To gain weight I should eat 3200 calories a day. However I play an Australian sport and do HIIT three days a week plus gym at least another 3 days. So I estimate I should be eating around 4000 calories a day to be putting on mass.
