Ive been lifting for two and half years and im ripped now but still a virgin at 31 with a 9/10 face and body. Lots of girls that are out of my league throw themselves at me but i cant get myself to sleep with someone who is beneath me in everything. What the fuck is wrong with me? Is it my megalomania? Should i lower my standards?

How do I stay motivated /fit/ ? I've been going to the gym now for 9 months or so but I notice I lose motivation. Like I want to go home sooner and sooner and I havent increased the weights in a month or 2. Kinda like i'm losing energy.

I do full body 3 days a week if that matters.
You have to get your social bar up. I know it's a pain, but what I found that helps is taking one day off of work to call people over to have a party to get your social bar good for a few days.
I also hated how you needed to have like a million fucking family friends in the game to become a general or astronaut or whatever the military track was

My job is IT-related, and I spend all my free time in front of PC as well. Weekends are 80% the same as my working day free time. Also I don't really like sports and exercising, because of bad experience at school and sport clubs(parents used fo force me to do that).

Hi, /fit/. Are black beans good for you? I'm trying to find wholesome foods that are high protein/low in fat.
Does anyone else here do lowish protein?
I'm around 87kg and only eat around 100-120 grams of protien a day and still make strength gains.
The biggest factor for gains seems to be sleep.
You're eating the correct amount. 1g/lb is a retarded idea.
Studies on it suggest 0.77g/lb as already being too much and 0.55g/lb being about ideal (or 105g for you).
But people just go with 1g/lb because hey, it's better to have it and not use it than to have too little, eh?
