Hey guys, I've been osing fat and getting healthier with body weight exercises and running. I run 2 miles 3 days a week, and I do 100 push ups the other 3 days and end it with planking for as long as possible.
I'm not going to the gym, and I want to use body weight exercises to get cut.
How much more should I do in order to achieve this goal faster?

I actually sleep with a big soft pillow ON my head. Keeps light out of my eyes, stabilizes the head but does not move your neck of our alignment. I guess there are better ways of doing this, but meh, it works
