look up yrg (ddp) yoga and do the routine called "energy". youll feel better isntantly but keep doing these, or any of the other workouts. they really help maintain a healthy, painfree lower back, not shilling but this is what i typically do as someone who previously use to fuck there lower back up for weeks at a time.

How the fuck do I learn how to breathe properly? Seriously, I'll be doing pushups and my arms and legs will feel just fine, but I'll have to pause to breathe and it just fucks me up. Breathing's the big reason that I'm a horrible long distance runner as well.

check out the valsalva movement, its helpful for big lifts, if you are doing cardio breath out when you strike, push up, during the forceful part of the movement
then breathe in while lowering yourself back down (pullups/pushups) or during the easier part of the lift
like i box and i breathe with every strike and breathe in when covered its just practice OP
take it easy on the exercises and FOCUS on breathing first until you build it as a habit like any other, then it will become second nature.

run. like seriously get out and go all nike commercial. once you can do a couple of mile without getting winded you made it. also push up pullups and crunches. vary and get creative. run on trails. do pullups in the schoolyard, etc.

Why the fuck did I listen to the memes /fit/? I started keto around 5-6 months lost approximately 40 pounds from 180 to 140 and have been running around 2 miles a day and lifting. So everything good right? Nah just had a checkup and developed high blood pressure since my last checkup which was about 9 months ago.

I've done some MMA and I have several friends who work in construction and the like and all of us have found that people who go to the gym can't really perform. In fights they don't seem to hit that hard, when you wrestle they don't seem that strong and at work they can't keep up with fat bastards in their fifties and if they have compete with a farmer who's bone and sinew they don't stand a chance.
I don't get why this is though. There are probably buff dudes who're really strong but most of the time it does seem like big...

I had this happen to me once OP. I got her back though. Waited for her in the parking lot, recorded her license plate info. Went to the DMV the next day and got her home address. Hey /fit/, redpill me on yoga. Does it really have all of the benefits it claims like weight loss and increased strength and enlightened mind? What is the best kind of yoga. Is Western yoga fake yoga?
It really depends, I got most into ashtanga yoga. I would call yoga a mild form of cardio, a decent bodyweight exercise, and a great help for balance and flexibility.
If you're just starting out with exercise it's good for the first few months to build up muscles, then you'll want weights. After that it's a great supplementary exercise to do on off days.
The problem is that it's as boring as sin.
When did you guys realise that deadlifts and squats are not worth the risk of injury?
for some reason online its hard to find any routines/ diets that are optimised for this sort of thing. for example all the bulking advice is usually unrelated to this sort of niche. i used to do calisthenics/fullbody with some split days so i'm sorta stuck in otter which was fine for a while but now i'm more focused on being thicc/bear than ripped.
