What is the cheapest and most quick way to strengthen legs and build up respiratory endurence that isnt running?
I'm looking for a mass gainer..
I have previously used this gainer called serious mass - but i'm wondering if there's anything else out there which is better or has better value. Being a student and all that, means that money is tight.
I'm a novice so I truly don't know..
But the mass gainer is like 1200+ calories pr. portion. I'm not very good at eating, because I have a low appetite. So I find it easier to just down some liquid, you know what I mean?
Do any of you get depressed or deal with inefriority complex when going to the gym?
I started great for a month but went do a depressive episode (unrelated) . Now I wanna go back, but don't wanna quit again. But when you see the Chads with the sick gains, you feel like shit and talk yourself down.

When I get this way with my weight loss I get on YouTube and watch other peoples videos and see their transformation and what they were to what they are now. It pumps me up and makes me want to go running or punching the bag or something active that makes me sweat and get tired. You need to find something that motivates you like that.
Try not to see the Chads in the gym as enemies, but as inspiration instead. Try to imagine how each one of them looked like before they started lifting - how fat/skinny they were.
If they can do it, you can do it.
Can you get /fit/ just from push ups?

I use skull crushers but some people on this site disagree with it. Dips are a good exercise to finish with just make sure you use good form. I want to start doing weighted dips but I don't want to look like a fucking sperg at my local gym with chains and shit

Well, if you go to a club, they will definitely point you to the right direction.
What I've heard is you need to get your cardio straight because boxing requires a lot of that.
Other than that, I think you shouldn't learn by yourself before getting someone to show you how it's done. this is general for most martial arts as well.
