"Yea! Losing weight is hard!"
She said with a 500 calorie sugar drink in her hand. "Wow you went and got a beer and didn't get me one dad! Thanks!"
I hate my girlfriend's sister. I want to strangle her almost constantly.
1.) READ THE PASTEBIN BEFORE ASKING QUESTIONS
2.) QUESTIONS THAT AREN'T COVERED BY THE PASTEBIN
>Day [1-5] I'm not feeling it. Is my DNP underdosed?
No, it's called blood buildup and it's normal. Look it up.
>Day 5+ and I'm still not feeling it. Is my DNP underdosed?
Give more info. How much DNP are you taking? You won't feel jackshit if you're only on 250mg. Cold weather and your diet also play a roll in how much you feel.
>Any other NOT FEELING IT YET questions
Heat is not the primary mechanism of DNP. More heat doesn't mean more weight loss.
>Day [1-7] and I haven't lost any weight
>Day [1-7] and I have gained weight
Heavy water retentions in the first week. It's normal.
>Day [7+] and I haven't lost any weight
More info needed. What's your diet like? How big is your deficit? How much DNP are you on? Are you tracking your calories?
>Day [7+] and I have gained weight
All of the above + stop being a fat fuck and eat less.
>Should I take my doses all at once or spread throughout the day?
Doesn't matter. Spread throughout for stable blood levels. All at once for more intense sides at first and less intense sides 12 hours after
>How much time should I wait between cylces.
At the very least do time on = time off.
More is better though, especially if you plan on doing more than 2 cycles. A lot of anons posted that they had less results with time on = time off the second and third time around.
>Day [1-21] and I think I got PN
No you don't. It's all in your head. You don't just wake up with PN. It gradually develops. You'd have to expose yourself to DNP for months at a time to develop PN. This doesn't just happen from one cycle alone.
>Where can I buy this shit?
Fuck you. Read the pastebin before asking questions. All Shills in this thread are to be trusted.
Gonna run 250mg first 5 days and then 16 days 500, maybe a bit longer. Also Gonna run on a 500 or 800kcal diet.
Gonna be my 3rd cycle, is 500/800 alright or is it too low? Never went that low on previous cycles.
Of course it's too fucking low!
day 3 250mg Dinitro. Shit is legit af. Slept 12 hours yesterday lol and been also getting heat waves at random times. I don't mind it though. I live in an area where its -20 Celsius currently. I want more heat, but I'm just gonna keep on 250mg till day 7 and maybe raise the dose.
How to get this body this good no homo
Are there any testosterone boosters that are well regarded here and work, /fit/?
I'm 31, in mostly good shape , but suffering from low level depression, low energy, pathetic boners and anxiety.
What powders and supplements are my fellow ausfags using? and how are you liking them?
Also general ausfag thread I guess.
Ok, I read the sticky and I have questions.
I am skinny fat and I am wondering if dieting and working out at the same time will do anything at all, OR do I need to instead choose to rotate between loading on calories and working out, and then dieting to see any change.
So would a 3 day workout be suitable for a beginner or should you start out strong?
3 days is way too much. 8 hours is best for arms, no more than 10-12 for compounds.
seriously though as a beginner follow SS or SL, both are 3 days a week. This is plenty for strength and you need off days for recovery. If you're in the mood you can always do cardio on off days.
Simple question: How do I fix my posture?
I got forward head, rounded shoulders, and a bit of lordosis.
>tfw too intelligent and busy to lift
Why couldn't I have been born dumb and lazy like all of you?
You guys should really discuss health and fitness.
post yfw /fit/ turns out to have nothing to do with either health or fitness, but rather bodybuilding and virginity
>inb4 bodybulding is fitness
NOPE, fitness =/= strength
fitness = cardiovascular endurance
Fitness is being in the best shape for your environment.
So fitness to a power lifter will be strength in the big 3. Fitness to the bodybuilder will be to have as much muscle and least fat(basically) and so on. If a bodybuilder can climb a rope that means he entered a new field of fitness he doesnt really care about. It means nothing that he cant do that desu.
>not even lifting
can I gain muscle if I workout until I feel tired and a lil more and increase reps and stuff based on that or no
bare in mind good diet
How can I prevent this from happening?
>used to do powerlifting
>stopped for 2 years while focusing on school and other hobbies
>am now slightly above DYEL
I have begun starting strength to get back general strength, and when I finish with it I want to do some other sport instead of weightlifting, any suggestions?
I've considered soccer, rock climbing, and martial arts. The problem with soccer and martial arts is I need other people which won't always be available so I'm thinking...

How adddictive is Creatine?
Could I use a little to try it out and stop cold turkey, or would I have a bad time?
Some kids at school have been selling it out of their van and all my gym buddies have been pushing me to 'try it' with their needles.
I had a life, friends, family before creatine.
It was so innocent to begin with, just a few grams to help with gainz. but it got worse and worse until i - I left humanity behind.
I am now a a shell of my former self, I am nothing l am simply a Hulk in the wasteland that is life with creatine
never creatine op
>How adddictive is Creatine?
Not at all, but don't ever run out.
Buddy, creatine is one of the hardest to quit substances on earth. There won't be "just one time", trust me. It's not even about addictiveness, in fact creatine is surprisingly slightly less addictive than cocaine, even. No, it's what happens to your body when you quit: Your creatine engorged muscles will start clamping and cramping around your bones when you are no longer taking the substance to support your huge muscle mass. The pain is described as one of the worst things a human can endure,...
