I hardboil my eggs and take out the egg yolks.. i dont want to throw them away, what should I do with them?
I know the egg yolk has 4.5 grams of fat and 17 calories, and 8 milligrams of sodium.. So should I try to make them into something -- or is it best to just throw it away? I mean, the egg yolk does have 2.7 grams of protein.

If I'm not interested in lifting for strength/athleticism, do I need to deadlift? I'm having a hard time fitting them into PPLPPLx routine.
