What are your /fit/ related goals? (other than max lifts in Bench/Squat/Deadlift, etc)
human flag is my goal as well but i dont know how to train that without looking like a complete autist in public.
Every once in a while when im drunk i try it in public and fail.. i hope someday i magically will be able to do it, by just increasing my back/core strength...
Red pill me lads. What's the most effective way to mix HIIT with weight training? I've tried doing it on the same day as lifting in the past, and I've always ended up wearing myself out and losing weight on my lifts. How should I go about it? HIIT on off days? Sacrifice weights for cardio (absolutely not)? Help me out bros

If he's 5'4 that obviously he.la him deadlift more due to a decreased range of motion, especially if he has long arms.
2pl8 isn't impressive though. Neither is 3pl8. Come back to me when he deadlifts 4pl8 for a set of 5.

I lift the same as her and I learned my olympic lifts from watching youtube vids, without proper equipment, without proper coaching, without steroids or all the time in the world to train.
Compared with her competitors she is pretty shit and people just like her cause she's not that ugly.

Nearly killed my dad. I have severe/similar symptoms, but no diagnosis yet (thanks slow Canadian system). It looks like I might be having a second flare up now.
Been lifting a year and a half. Lost 30 pounds in 3 weeks due to first flare up, so basically all of muh gains.
Just wanted to know if any of /fit has managed/ coped with Crohn's and lifting

I'm in the system because of a possible serious kidney problem though, so I know the feeling of impending doom. These kinds of things are not funny. Stay strong breh. I believe you can make it.
I have Crohn's. They put me on so much god damn prednisone (steroid) I gained 52 pounds and had to shave my face at 15. It's tough and life is going to suck but I just make fun of myself about it and secretly want to die; it seems like the best way to go about things since its an awkward disease to talk to people about.
But get prednisone if you have a bad flare up, it will tremendously improve gains if you're not too sick

My boat is getting eternally fucked because we just dropped our new empacher from all the way up from overhead, taking it to snap city. it's straight erging for a week now, so ya we're getting in shape real good
Never had i seen my coaches more pissed off than when my crew dinged up or dropped the boat. Ive only had one terrible incident where the bow point was cracked. Our punishment was nonstop erging for a week. Not a fun week of practice.
