Creatine is storaged in your body and when the storages are full you don't gain anything more from it. And 3-5g per day is enough to keep the storages filled.

I had it for 2 years on and off and it sucked immensely... I took the summer off from my racket sport and with rest + ice it went away. Remember to stretch the wrist before any type of exercise

He went to gym with me for nearly 3 years. But he got "injured" really nothing special. Now he switched gym. Even though he got so often lazy and so. Now with him not in the gym i don't have to deal with his jealous bullshit. Because i had gotten stronger, better, he got lazy.
