I do a 5/3/1 style for my main lifts and hypertrophy secondary exercises. I took a screenshot of my spreadsheet; easier than typing it all out. It's not perfect by any means. But all the programs I've made have been similar to this one and it has been working for me so far.
Lift stats so far:
Deadlift: 475x4 (Trying for 500 on saturday)
aint got no routine.. well, kinda.
got tired of doing a strikt routine, so now i just do a 3 day push pull legs kinda thing, about 3 exercises per body part, i i feel like going heavy i go heavy that workout, if i feel like going lighter and just chasing the pump i just do.
i dont go to the gym to pretend im a powerlifter or bodybuilder, i just go there to feel good and keep in shape.

I went to the gym last night at 8pm and there was only 3 other people there so it was comfy. I go back at 8am and the gym is packed so I didnt even bother to go inside because I was too scared so I worked out outside
Did anyone on /fit/ actually try the 8-hour arm workout/challenge thing? I always assumed it was a Rich meme but apparently it is an actual thing. Also do you think this could be done without steroid by deloading each workout or something?
I remember seeing a thread on misc probably 5 years ago on a similar 8 hour arm workout. Pretty sure the general consensus (thread was updated over a few months) was that after the first week of a crazy pump you gained maybe half an inch in size or so.

This is my workout schedule.
A: bench press, squats, lateral raises and seated rows
B: Arnold press, squats, lateral raises and deadlifts.
Basically I do AxBABxx. The reason I do squats so often is because my squat is weak as fuck.
My lifts are: 155 bench, 95 squat, 45s for Arnold press, 185 for deadlifts, 20s for lateral raises and 170 for seated row. All of these are 5-8 reps.
Rate, hate, relate.

When cutting, can people with higher body fat %'s run higher deficits without losing muscle?
I am 28, 26% body fat, 6'2 and 190lb. I worked out my maintenance to be ~2600, with light activity.
On days where I do jiu jitsu or some shit, do I need to eat more to keep my deficit at 1000kcal or less, or will the odd day of 1200kcal deficit not make me lose muscle?
Is shadow boxing with dumbbells a meme or does it actually help with something related to boxing/fightning?
And i am not talking about some 10lbs dumbbells but more like 30-35.
