48kg Brazilian skelly here. Milk tastes awful and is way more expensive than eggs here. I'm gonna try to bulk with eggs.
I started yesterday. For the first two weeks I'm gonna eat two eggs a day and then increase the quantity every week. I've noticed that drinking them raw is easier than actually cooking them. Some people here do this as well. Should I be worried about any problems?

I wouldn't eat raw eggs from Brazil... maybe it's safe for you since your immune system is used to living in a shitty environment so you're not as susceptible to salmonella. Anyway instead of doing some retarded shit where you overdose on one single thing, gradually increase how much you eat of normal food. If you have no appetite then stop sitting on your ass all day and go outside. Don't forget to lift or else all your added weight will be fat only. If there's no gym around then buy a barbell or something, worst case scenario do just body exercises.
I drank raw eggs for a while, and sometimes they gave me the shits and indigestion. im in canada too and we have some decent health/food regulations. you might as well just cook anyway. its easier for your body to digest and use.
Depending on sanitation regulations and adherence in your country salmonella may be an issue. US is not safe for raw eggs, Japan is, say. Brazil iono.

Earlier this year I herniated a disc. It was way more painful than I expected, I could barely move for months.
Now I can't walk for a few minutes without my back aching and I've gotten fatter. What exercises can I do that don't put much strain on my lower back so I can shed some pounds?
On a related note, do the exercises on the pic help with the herniated disc? Do they "build core strength"?

Without Sodium your body can't perform. So if you are like me and drink 5L water a day, you NEED to make sure you get enough sodium.
The fearmongering against sodium stems mostly from fat fucks that do not move. If you lead somewhat of an active lifestyle and drink a lot of water, eat your fucking sodium and don't worry about it.
Also, most people hydrate themselves with shit like soda and alcohol, which goes bad with high sodium diets; anyone drinking a healthy amount of water and leading a pristine lifestyle will need a good amount of sodium and potassium to stay strong.
alright /fit/. so I'm a lardass with about 20% body fat, but I've decided there's not much around here in the U.S. to live for so I decided to enlist. everyone in my family wants me to be a Marine along with all my family friends. So I started doing certain things alongside my job (assistant in a galley that usually washes dishes/unloads palettes), such as drinking anywhere to 3-4.5 liters of water a day, cutting out any kind of junk food or sodas, but I have yet to start going to the gym. What should I start doing to help get myself in the workout mindset?

Get good at running, pullups, crunches, and pushups. If you're good at those things going in your life will be much easier. Regarding mindset, just do it. Motivation might get you started, but discipline will carry you through.
