Is there a more optimal skipping meal than italian pasta or pizza?
By the looks of it, it doesn't seem it has estrogen or any other hormones (i'm talking about good pizzerias and italian restaurants, not the 5 dollars pizza), less sodium than most junk food, and pizza specially has a lot of protein. tomatoes are also good for your health. also probaly less sucrosis than most junk food like candy. pasta is basically carbs, not much fat. as for the pizza you can just order something meat based.
what does /fit/ think? is there good tasting food any less harmful...

Uh, do you realize it's a bad idea to eat protein and carbos at the same time? Chemically speaking, you digest protein with acidic substances and carbos with basic substances. When an acid and a base meet together they neutralize each other forming salt, ie, NaOH+HCl --> HOH + NaCl
you're delaying the digestion by several hours and making nutrient absorption much harder for yourself, much of what you eat will go to waste (poop)

I dunno, but his form is shit, he's literally throwing the gods-be-damned bar to get it up, he's not properly curling the fucking thing. He's only really capable of about maybe 2/3rds of that weight, done with proper form.

Bike road racer here, yeah, most of /fit/ are pussies with no mental toughness, all they can stand is 5-6 reps of anything. 4 hours on a bike would kill them, even running more than 30 minutes would kill most of them.
Lifter here. Used to swim competitively, I like mountain biking. You may only go 8 miles in two hours, but the views and the calm of nature make it more enjoyable than any other cardio.
How the hell do you eat to gain weight /fit/?
I just ate 700 calories worth of lentils, and I'm so full that I feel sick.

Is there any healthy and natural apetite supressors out there? I've been on anti-psychotics for 5 years now and they make my apetite endless, I could literally eat myself to death without feeling full.
I've had acne for the past 5 years. I'm tired of it. I've been to 2 different dermatologists and neither of them have done anything except for wasted my money. Is there any kind of special diet that clears acne? I also have it on my back.

PPL is the greatest routine template. There's something about going to the gym 6 times a week and doing heavy compounds each day of the week. My body looks way too good and I'm gaining mad strength gains. Is this like doing test because of all the hormones from the compounds everyday? I'm supposed to have been bulking for four months now and im cut as fuck. I'm 5'9 and 172 lbs and no matter what i eat i gain muscle size but no fat. Is 6 days a week overpowered? I've been getting compliments in clothes.

Rippetoe says to not do OHP+bench on the same day. And it wouldn't it be an imbalance to have 1 chest day, 1 shoulder day, but 2 back days?
