What does /fit/ do in their cardio day?
I just did 35 minuted running
>tfw option to stretch or cardio after lifting
Since cardio does not help me lift more I just stretch for 15-20 minutes after each lifting session. I find it helps me more in the long run.
Anyone here have experience lifting with Scoliosis? Is Starting Strength still a good program?
I recommend DDP Yoga in conjunction with lifting. It's done wonders for my back.
Is there any wonder obesity levels are increasing in children at an alarming rate when they don't have access to any /fit/ approved cartoons anymore
I'm doing SS and my arms, mainly bicep (tri is ok from benching, pressing and dips) is lagging.
I do chinups, but they don't help much.
So, what's the best exercise to end at the end of the workout to get those guns?
What can you tell about a girl, just by looking at her face?
Alright guys so 5'9 146lbs pound Manlet here.
So a while ago I posted here weather I should cut or bulk I had everyone telling me I should cut. I used to weigh around 156, the thing is I'm not even fat just have a beer belly. So I started my cut and this has been my usual routine
5 egg whites one whole egg
2 scoops of hydro whey with water
3Oz chicken breast with a cup of mixed vegetables
While can of bumblebee tuna with 1/2 cup of mixed vegetables
I also drink about a gallon of water a day.
The problem is this equates to about 830-900cal a day. Is this too extreme of a cut?
Also should mention that immediately after the gym I go play ball for about an hour.
Another thing is what would be a good replacement to tuna? Cause I literally eat the Same exact thing everyday. Is there actually any danger to eating one can ever single day?
Pic related me when I was at 156lb (bad posture just to emphasize size of gut)
>im not even fat
Dude yes you fucking are, you look disgusting.
Just count your calories and get 0.8g of protein per lb of bodyweight at the minimum.
You need to cut until that fucking disgusting belly is gone, then bulk. Also don't post pictures of yourself from 10 lbs ago, post a more recent pic you absolute fucking autist.
Eyy, what would you guys say are the most important supplements / the ones that actually work?
>inb4 test and roids

When you wanna lift 300lb of iron, you think musing over the name Angel Eyes will help you defeat it?
You need something like:
The Giant Seer
How did these guys get so big naturally?
You'd have to go back a bit further for true natty be default status.
So, if I've been on a 3k+ Cal diet for over 1y, and I'm setting up / starting to cut out carbs for a bit because I read that an abundance can cause cellular gumming or something. Notably, I didn't actually lift through that diet and also didn't gain any weight it would seem. I guess I do a lot of brainstorming, as I'm mostly sedentary. Is my metabolism going to eat potential gains?
I can get about 150g protein without trying, but I'm getting that mostly from shakes, making sure to take a vitamin and some source of phosphorus for ATP (featherweight...

Keto is for fatties like me who, above all else, don't want to be fatties anymore. You can (and I do) make noob gains on keto, as it is high protein by default, but this isn't my primary goal at this point. My goal is to slim down first, and then worry about gains later.
Another reason, though, is making sure to stay hypoglocemic for HGH.
is it preferable to breed with fit females
how can i get motherfcking strong only with 2 dumbbells and 30 minutes every day??
Are you natty if you take cutting agents, like albuterol, clenbuterol or dnp?
I started to eat clean week ago after a long time and yesterday I noticed acetone smelling breath is coming from my mouth. I tried to brush my teeth and tongue again, then took a chewing gum, but it didn't go away. After that I remembered, this is something that happens when you are on keto diet so I ate some bananas, apples and kiwis t to refill my sugar storages, but today it's the same shit. I wasn't trying to purposely avoid carbs, but it happened anyway. Should I eat more sugar to stop it, or will it disappear naturally?
Breakfast: Cottage cheese with chive
Lunch: Vegetable soup and white bread (I know I shouldn't be eating this, but we didn't have whole-grain)
Dinner: Egg omelette with cheese and tomatoes
Besides that I drank 1 cup of milk and maybe 5 glass of water and as I said some fruits (apple, banana, kiwi, raisins)
