I accidentally did 4-5 times the dose I wanted of beta alanine.
At first I just had the usual tingles. More than usual but it felt great. Half way through my workout I started overheating. Just felt like my entire body was boiling.
I stopped the workout and had a cold shower (home gym master race). I kept feeling hot then cold then hot. Tingling became unbearable. Felt like I had rolled in a pile of freshly cut grass.
Basically had to lay down in the shower and all my mental effort went into not vomiting (ma gains). Didn't work though, lost my control...

I control breathing very consciously during my reps.
I do 2 half breaths on the eccentric phase equaling 2 seconds, and 1 big exhale on the concentric. you want fatigue to be why your next rep fails, not lack of oxygen.
I'm a girl, am 5'2", and weigh on average 125 pounds.
I eat on average anywhere from 2200-2500 cals a day.
I'm not chubby, just average. I like being physical, but my metabolism has always been a bit fast even when I'm not doing heavier exercise. Me and my sister are both like this, so I know it's normal in our family, but is this normal for a lot of women, or just some?

What the heck is anabol? A pro hormone or do you mean anadrol? Either way I know you guys will never listen but nine times out of ten you'll end up smaller than before and waste your potential first cycle gains. Also steroids don't show in urine test

It's 100% legit but it's not some magical god ol like faggots would have you believe. Of course you're going to lose weight if you don't eat for 16 hours a day. Less time eating is less time being a fatass is less total cals in a day. Easy mode is not eating a while before bed waking up 8 hours later (ideally) having some black coffee and water for the rest of the time til you can break your fast.
I'm pretty new to /fit/, but it is definitely a good way to lose weight.
I did a 36 hour fast once a week for four months and lost 40 lbs (210 to 170).
I've since started lifting and still fast once a week, though only for 24 hours.
Not yet committed enough to count calories or macros. Just trying to eat a lot of protein and maintain a weight that fits most of my clothes.
Don't fall for the meme. Short fasts do not fuck up metabolism. If anything they help your metabolism.
