>tfw clothes are getting looser
>man boobs are almost gone
Guys. I haven't made it
Is Chinese lifter mode achievable natty? If not what would you want to look into using?
What does /fit/ think of the paleo diet? Meme?
I just read about it and was going to start a thread like this.
>it's not necessarily a bad way to eat. fruits, vegetables, nuts, meat etc. are definitely things you can use in a good diet.
Okay, but what about carbs? I read that even OATS aren't considered paleo. What the fucking fuck fuck? Bodybuilders, pro cyclists, basically all athletes that I aspire to be, ALL eat loads of fucking oats because they're the healthiest fucking energy you can put in your fucking body
And unless I'm wrong, there's nothing wrong with healthy complex carbs like brown rice and wholemeal pasta, right? I mean obviously not in excess, but chicken and rice is like the bodybuilding staple for fuck's sake
If yoga pants are so comfortable then why do I never see men ever wearing them?
So let me get this straight - there are no non-fat roll girls to find attractive if you are high test ?
Thank you for everything zyzz....
RIP in peace brother
>pic related its me
tfw Rich Piana and many guys like him have been taking 10 times more than Zyzz did since like 25 years ago
and Rich is not the smartest guy either so it makes me wonder how fucking stupid Zyzz was for doing what killed him because it obviously wasn't hormones
Hey /fit/ people, coupd you recommend me a low calorie drink to try? I usually have soda but my face is starting to get fat so I should quit. And I don't like the diet versions so no go either. Water is fine, sure, but I'd like something bubbly. What do you guys drink?
There's this stuff that came out recently called Bai5. There's all sorts of flavors and it's pretty good for you but if you really want to be healthy milk, water and tea are really the only way to go.
how do i fix back rounding on deadlift?
ITT: Principles of lifting that you have learned to be true over the years.
I'll start it off
>sleep 7 hours a night
>lift as much weight as you can
>lift with your spine
Bulking should be done slowly, getting fat so you can lift more isn't that fun.
Don't go to failure that often.
How you feel is a lie, I've often felt garbage when I stepped into the gym and then gotten a great workout.
Big weights are fun but most sets should be done with less then 90% of your max if you want to get stronger.
>be dating this pretty cute grill (solid 7/10)
>find out that her ex bumped and dumped her
>today i check on his profile and see what this fucker looks like
>he is fat and black and pretty ugly but is in a band and is quite sociable
>be me a kissless virgin at 18 that fits her "new perfect" guy criteria
>build, not ripped, tall 6'3

>glad that i'm not on roids because the rage would be ultimate
Actually, if you roided correctly you'd get your estrogen in check, which you clearly don't, so you'd stop your bitching. Also you'd be a HTAM and have other bishes on your dick, so you woulnd't care.
Bros, finally convinced my brother to start lifting and exercising. He is 6'5 and 425 lbs. I took him to the gym and we did some isolations. (He didn't feel comfortable with squats/deadlifts yet.) We also do 30 minutes of cardio. (Walking.) Any more ways I can help him? He has lost 3 pounds in 3 weeks. I know he should be losing a lot more but it's a start. He's also surprisingly athletic for his size.
>pic related this guy is 6-5 400 lbs

i cant get rid of that for shit, I've done loads of mobility work and still regularly do it before every training and I still wink. The wink starts to decrease a bit after i hit 330+ but at lighter weights, this amount of wink is persistent, what should i do ?
i can see you're leaning forward a bit while coming up, which is forcing you to use your lower back to help push the weight back. you need to keep the bar going up and down in a straight path over your foot.
i had the exact same problem, but the only way i could sit back far enough to get rid of it was by stretching like crazy before lifting, wearing oly shoes, and switching to low bar. my ankle mobility is sad and sad.
By 2030, there will be a severe shortage of available protein from traditional sources due to population increase. One avenue for us to take is to begin eating bugs.
Would you consume a shake full of ants or spiders to increase your gains? Would you eat a Maggot Burger at Nandos to get big?

Is it normal to have bloodshot eyes after a heavy set of squats? I'm doing TM and after intensity day squats (about 370 right now) my eyes are always red. Should I be worried?
pic related, not my eye but about how they look.
