I drink protein shakes with 3 fucking scoops and still can't hit 150g Protein. Plus the shakes make me relapse cause they aren't even that filling.

just do SS + accessories (LTE, pullups, dips, curls) if you are still a noob. you can also throw in some forearm work like wrist roller and farmer walks after each workout.
every friday do hanging leg raises and back extensions and enjoy amazing gains for only going 3/week
