I'm 70kg, 178cm tall and I just deadlifted lmao2pl8 for 1x5 and at the last rep even tho I got the bar to the right height, I didn't lock out with my hips in time because my grip failed me. So it is possible that my grip strength is the only thing that will keep me from further getting stronger in the diddly. However I feel like changing to a mixed grip at 105kg is not gonna work my grip as much and it will be kinda strange to lift this light weight with mixed grip. Am I being paranoid? Is there a certain number when you shouldn't switch grips, like 3pl8 or 2.5pl8 maybe?
Don't switch to any kind of other grip till you get past 3.5 plates. And even then you should try overhand. You should only switch your grip if you can't hold the damn thing without it falling from your grip.

if its a sharp or shooting pain its most likely your spine, like if you do a certain movement and feel a pinch
if its sore its most likely a muscle or nerve

dumbbell rows 3x6
one arm push ups 3x8 (doing 5/4/4 atm, once I reach 3x8 gonna do them weighted 3x6)
ab rollout on rings 3x8 (almost do all of them standing just by a few reps missing)

I'd actually recommend Cuckols 28 free, 3x beginner bench/squat and 2x beginner deadlift with accessories instead. TM has too low volume IMO.

I do 1-2 groups every workout and im liking my progress. When i learn from ppl or when i teach people it's the same principal. Chest+tris, back+bis, legs, traps+forarms+abs. It's easy to go in, do your 4 sets x 6 exercises and leave or hit ur cardio.
