Does anyone else feel like is a lot harder to be seen as /fit/ in the last few years ?
Maybe even 3 years ago there wasn't so much oversaturation on social media with fitness posts, now i feel like thats all i see.
Girls and guys alike now seem to think and say DYEL to people that look quite good while the only people they see as "lifting" or being "ripped" are like pic related.

Every day, I do 100 pullups, 100 pushups, 100 squats, and run for 10 km. And finally I make sure to save money to spend on my mind instead.
/fit/ help me. I want to look like this guy. Yet after about 9 months of SS and advanced SS (now transitioning into TM), I don't look anything close. I started skinny but now have a weightlifter's gut which can I guess be described as a "thick core" or "fridgemode"; it bulges out around my waist making me appear bloated like I have a spare tire or a food baby. It's not flab though, I can see my abs and have little subcutaneous fat. Think Big Lenny. Also, my arms are smaller and so's my v-taper.

Ok bud. Heres what you are going to do, stop listening to your parents, you need to take charge in life and move on. Stop listening to them on this shit go to the gym and work out. Over time if you keep up with it you will gradually become less skinny and more buff. Just listen to /fit/ and keep reading the sticky.

Is it true you won't look any bigger if you only do 5 reps per set?
Could somebody really be deadlifting 4pl8 squatting 3pl8 and benchign 2.5pl8 and look ottermode?
if you are doing low reps in the range of 3 to around 7 you will be doing strength training where you will be getting stronger and be able to lift heavy, but if you want more mass (look bigger) you will need to lower the weight and do a rep range from around 10 - 16
Hey /fit/. I started this shit around 6 months ago and I've been bulking the entire time. It's time to start cutting. This shit is harder than I thought and I'm not really sure what the best food is since its my first cut ever.

My favorite cutting food is TDEE-500 calories of everything I usually eat.
Today I had a huge plate full of potatoes with sour cream and smoked makerel. It had shit macros, but I kinda saved up for it during the day by eating only egg whites and a shake for breakfast and skipping lunch.
Do what works for you.
Oh, and if you really want to stuff your face during a cut, lean meat with carrots and green vegetables does the trick. It's literally impossible to overeat on that.

Going to get the Korean double jaw surgery, but more because my jaw already pops at age 20, and I want a jaw/chin shave with it so I don't end up with a bigger jaw afterwards.
already did it, im a guy who did plastic surgery and im loving it. sucks about the fillers and botox wearing off though. especially at the phase where you don't look your best but the effects havent worn off to the point where you can get refills
