What happened to Rich Piana in the past two years? This video is two years old and he looks much younger and sounds much more energetic. I-is our savior dying?
Can anyone post some /fit/ guides, the kinds with illustrations and instructions? I could only find one on this board as of right now and when I try Google image search it comes up with nothing useful.
How do I into jawline aesthetics /fit/? I think I have a slightly decent face, and a well defined jawline could boost me into the "charming smile" class.
So far, I've been chewing gum, going 4x50 on each side of my mouth with no break in between sets, several times a day. Anyone know any other jaw workouts? I've considered getting my lower lip pierced and then attaching weight to the stud, but I'd rather not relocate money from my gum budget to a piercing if it won't make gains
I got a question i can't find a proper answer to.
I used to work out until about a year ago, then i fractured a vertebra and was out for 6 years. Im currently free from work until next october so i started working out again, especially for my back.
Since i want to keep a somewhat normie day, i get up at 7am for breakfast, which consists of a sandwich made of salami or chorizo and that break with seeds in it and some orange juice (i think its the breakfast but i'm not sure, gym staff say its ok).
So well, im the kind of guy who likes...

Anyone here do Yoga?
I want to learn at my house, I'm not paying to go to a class or have someone teach me.
Any good resources or info?
Benefits in power lifting?
There's nothing in the sticky on Yoga, or any in depth stretching program.
Any benefits to a weighted skipping rope?
Is there any way to enjoy fruit without all of the sugar
I just found out a single pineapple has 100g of sugar
What the fuck?
So, how's resolution season treating you gym fags?
The issue I have with this NYR shit is not that people wanna come and get fit, fuck I RESPECT that, a lot - it takes balls.
What really fucks me off is faggots and bitches who join the gym just to turn up to try and fucking look good. They're not working hard, not putting effort in - they're there to try and attract attention when in reality they can't lift shit and are about as aesthetic as a toe nail.
He is absolutely right. Discuss.
how do I get mired like in pic related?
> mirin stories
>tfw you have a mirin story but you're not sure if the person who mired you also uses /fit/
Hey /fit/ I'll make this snappy
>have repaired congenital heart disease
>can't do weightlifting
How do I make it /fit/?
I have a repaired aortic coarctation (google if interested)
Anyways I can't do weightlifting because the process of weightlifting requires us to somethings do the Valsalva maneuver (when you breathe against a closed throat), which raises blood pressure and increases potential damage to my blood vessels
It's not a end all be all kind of thing, but its a general consensus among doctors that it should be avoided, even though my repair procedure went OK when I was 5 (24 now)
Well you won't ever pull heavy ass deadlifts or squat the moon, but lighter weights (while breathing normally) shouldn't be a problem, right?
And there's also static exercises (like wall sits) where progressive overload doesn't come from more weight, but longer holding times or different angles.
Then there's all kinds of cardio, which won't make you big, but you can still get impressively fit and healthy.
Hey /fit/, Skelly here trying to bulk and be healthy at the same time.
I've tried counting calories for the first time in my life, and I've found that on days i'm heathy I consistantly eat 300 or more below my TDEE, and only on days when I cheat a little (slice of cake here, potato chips there) do I ever make my calorie count.
How the fuck do I bulk? Or even maintain? I'm trying to make the switch to a healthy lifestyle but I have to eat so much... Any recipies or guides for healthy bulking?
Thoughts on Insanity 60?
Anyone who has done the program, any fans?
Download links for the uninitiated?
I've tried it, it's neat and challenging and definitely burns a lot of calories. Mixing lifting and cardio would be better in every possible way that I can think of, but if you want to try it, it's got some neat stuff in it.
The only issue I had is my bad knees because they do a lot of jumping exercises.
is there ANY app or website where I can track my micronutritions (Vitamins, minerals etc.).
Im living alone for like 6 months now and im afraid that i dont eat enough vitamins and stuff.
I'm always tired, no motivation, bad concentration etc.. Im already trying to eat healthy (trying to eat atleast 3 different fruits a day).
Would be alot easier to make a mealplan and track my micros.
Will be dumping /fit/ recipes for help and tips.
Keep in mind that i dont take responsibility for destroyed anuses or explosive diarrhea
