long story short i was loading up the bar for my squats and then i dropped a 25 kg-weight on my big toe. i went to the hospital 3 days ago, doctor said no bones were broken, i asked the nurse if there was any risk for infection but she said most likely not, but i have my doubts, so i want the /fit/izen panels second opinion.
also she said my nail is about to come loose which will hurt like hell and in which case i am to put it back on with tape.

What are your goals newfriend? You can squat 2-3x a week because it is more efficient than squating 1 time a week. It does not take that long to recover, so time spent not squating when you are rested is just time wasted

Anyone ever try to buy food from the places that sell to restaurants? I think if i could get beans and rice in the quantites the burrito place i could save some money.
I don't know about others, but Sysco will only really sell to those involved with commercial food service.
A better bet is to convince a local restaurant to add your order onto theirs. I was able to get actually fresh fruit by doing this, whereas most local grocers sell garbage.
