After eating clean for so long, what happened when you ate chocolate, cream, cake and soda /fit/?
I broke out in spots and felt constipated
after the holiday indulging i caught a bad cold, probably because of the complete lack of micronutrients in cake,cookies and white bread.
My skin also got extremely bad during the holidays, in the meantime it has gotten better but eww.. i was full of pimples and my skin was greasy.
and i had diarrhea during and after the holidays as well.
not to mention how bad i felt psychologically because of all the shit i ate.. but well, only +1kg, now i'm back on track.
Is green tea on a cut just a meme? Thinking about buying pic related. Inb4 just drink green tea - tried this and it tastes like literal ass - I hate all tea and am an abomination to fellow brits.
What programs are /fit/ on? State if you use it for bodybuilding or strength if its not exclusive to either (the way PPL can be programmed for either)

Lifting for one year and 3 months, i wan't something new to try. Calisthenics seems great but im scared to lose my gains because bodyweight is maybe not enough..
What do you guys think ?
As far as I know, bodyweight training or calisthenics build muscles as well as weight training
the calisthenics guys are huge. Gymnastics are huge.
This is what I found as well:
You can definitely get big with calisthetics. It'll just take longer than weight lifting and progress is slower. But you have a wide variety of different experiences to do and you can do them anywhere plus impressive tricks while out and about makes the honeys wet.

Ive had a home gym and am going to a commercial one soon . My home gym ceilings at 50 pound dumbbells. Is 50 pounds impressive by non fit standards? How about by fit standards?

I went to the gym from August-October when I was ~210lb until I injured myself. Haven't lifted since then but have been controlling my diet.
