3oz of solid fruit (est. 60 calories)
100g pork loin or chicken breast (150-250 calories)
Sautee'd vegetables and beans (60-70 calories)
Bowl of tomato soup (100 calories)
Piece of toast (40 calories)
I started this November 1st. I'm 6'0 and was 265lbs. I hit 250lbs very fast, within the first two weeks, then another month I hit 235, then 230. I've been at 230 for the last week and a half. Why have I stopped losing weight? I used to be size 46 jean, now size 40 is a little loose (need belt), but I've hit a wall.
Also: when I say estimated calories, I'm weary of what the packaging says. I buy frozen fruit and make my own puree, I don't get processed garbage. 3oz solid fruit is more like 2oz because space between pieces, but puree'd is measured at 3oz.
Your bod is probably fucked up cause u've been starving yourself. Wtf brah, just take it slow. I'm dieting at 255 and I eat 2250 cals a day. I've lost consistantly 1.2lbs a week for 3 months.

The thing that confuses me the most is head size in proportion to body. Some bodies look great when posted with the face cut out. But with the head left in, the bodies look smaller than they are and more achievable. How large is the body really supposed to get?
My normie friends who don't lift always tell me that I'm getting big af, yet I feel small. Even in pics it differs. I look big af in some and I look small in others, same rule applies to mirrors. I don't even know what to believe anymore.

I just don't want to, but I'm seeing some gains so it seems to be working for me.
I drink water, tea, or wine. I eat mostly asian food and enjoy cup noodles and potato chips for snacks.

I find that drinking coffee, water, or playing vidya help.
properly count my macros and suppliment nutrients to prevent hunger pangs, even at extreme caloric deficits.
intermittent fasting also helps prevent hunger.
but generally if you are getting enough carbs and fats, hunger pangs aren't a thing.
if you feel ache-type hunger pangs, it could just be depleted liver glycogen.
try eating a small bit of fruit (like those tiny oranges cuties/halos or whatever) or some vitamin gummies with sugar...

Has anyone here tried the Vivobarefoot RA II?
They seem almost too good to be true, a nice pair of running shoes that could easily be worn to business meetings, but when the manufacturer talks about 'thin soles' and 'minimalist shoes' I get sceptical. Are these things gonna fall apart after a month? Will the soles wear out easily?
Would be interested in hearing from any runners who have tried these before. Especially marathon runners.

Exactly. Vegetarians end up eating too many carbs and too much fiber and not enough protein, and also end up deficient in one or more amino acids because low quality protein, which also is why they don't make sense very often, malnutrition affects cognition.
keto is garbage though
try it and see for yourself; your lifts will go down and you'll feel like shit.
The best way to slim down while keeping power and gains is adding cardio to your workouts
