What level of strength are you at? You need to get at least somewhat strong first, add accessories and aesthetic work. And cut. That's what most of aesthetics come from. But if your a beginner probably SL 5x5. And if anybody tells you starting aesthetics, don't listen, it was made as a joke.

Lifting for 2 years strict, went from 140 to 205 at around 15% body fat (not sure, just estimating. abs show as well as some feathering on the triceps and pec striations) Im 6'1 so i don't care about growth plates, and I figure theres just as much a chance of fucking up my hormones at 24 that there is at 19. Its the direction I'm heading, and while Im certainly not ready now, i see no point in waiting 5 years just because some people on the internet said to. Any help appreciated, thanks.
