I saw a bunch of people who were obvious resolutioners that didn't really know what they were doing.
One guy put his bath towel over the entire length of the lat pulldown bar.
Another guy used bumper plates on the bench.
That's about it.

I want to into running, so I have two main questions. How fat is fat enough that I should probably start with just walking and other cardio in regards to not fucking up my joints? And what's with the minimal running shoes thing? I looked around in the /fit/ archive but now I'm confused whether they're a a meme, or them being a meme is a meme. Also general running thread I guess so I don't take an entire thread for myself.

Meme. Get proper shoes. You need proper shoes for running.
If you're under 30% bodyfat, a Couch-to-5K is probably good for you. Seems like ~30% for a male is a pretty good run/walk line in the sand
Minimal shoes are for folks that are more comfortable with a forefoot-landing strike when running than with a heel-strike. Heel strikers need lots of cushioning and regular shoe changes to protect their joints, forefoot runners have a different set of needs. One style works better for some folks, the other of others. Forefoot running rid me of a lot of knee/foot pain and helped with calf development, but I'm not you and you're not the other dude who thinks it's a meme.
My scale says 22.1% which seems too low.
Also what should I do for chest aside from Bench, incline Bench and DB Flyes?

Haha not anymore.. thanks for confirming my decision to not doing leg day anymore though.
I still deadlift.. Squats I do with 60kg once a week (wouldn't have a problem with not doing them at all anymore though).
I do Push/Pull 4-6 times a week
There is one thing that bothers me about lifting and fitness. As i grow older i find pale delicate milk white skin very attractive on me and girls , yet most of the people who are into fitness are fucking orange , why is that? Do you tan?
How do I make my life good? It's shit at the moment

Cardio Before or after lifting for weight loss ?
Currently doing IC 5x5 and the warmups before the mainlifts are depleting all my energy. Also I do cardio before starting to lift.
if I go to the gym every other day do I have to go 3 or 4 times a week?

There is a guy at my gym who just stands there talking to people. I've been there for about six months and I've never seen him do even one set of anything. He's a skinny fat manlette and i hate him.

He deadlifts 100kg really fucking loudly then drops the weight from the top, screaming like an idiot, then he gives evils to people (me) who glare at him

you breathe in before a really heavy lift. the problem is your butthole is releasing that air thats why you use a lifting plug to keep the air in and keep the core nice and tight.
