Anyone here done an EC stack before?
Been thinking of doing one for a while and I have finally found a pure source of Ephedrine in the UK and am about to order some, would like to hear about some experiences.
My plan is to follow the dosages in pic related and do 6 weeks on, 4 weeks off as recommended on several different online sources I have read. My reason for doing it is I am really struggling with this last 10-15 pounds of fat. I have cut down from 245 to 150 and I really want to get rid of the gross lower back fat I am holding before I start a bulk but I am really struggling and have been stuck around 150 for a few months now.
Can you share your experiences with EC

I prefer yohimbine desu, fasted walk in the morning everyday for two weeks with a deficit is great for losing fat around chest and love handles.
I used to do a dose of yohimbine in the morning and then 4 hours later start my first of 2 EC doses - this works really well imo, but the sides are pretty bad, and yohimbine sides can be horrible if you take too big a dose.

Cutting now. Or at least I was until Christmas arrived. Cheat day turned into cheat week after my family left and there was still so much food and booze left over. Almost all gone and then back to my cut. I want to get lean. I'll just keep cutting and doing my workouts until I'm happy with my body fat %. Not worried about deadlines.

Some brands also make ballerinas that are more aesthetically pleasing in case you're no homo, so the gym crowd don't hit on you that much.

Hey fit, my father once told me, that if I had been going to the gym 2 times a week for a month, and then held a months gym break afterwards, it would be like I never went to the gym in the first place because of loss of muscle mass etc. Is this true?
well you certainly wouldn't look any different. You would probably be SLIGHTLY stronger, a little bit more nervous system efficiency / coordination. More if you never lifted weights or were particularly athletic before. Honestly, a tiny bit of your acquired muscle mass might stick around. Like a completely unnoticeable bit. There's hormonal changes that take place too that take a bit to get back to baseline,
