I gotta stop eating it though. Is there any other alternatives to this god-tier food that isn't wholemeal cos that shit's just as bad for you.

Does sugar actually need to be avoided? Or should only the calories be taken into account? Kind of sucks this shit is in everything.
Processed sugar is best avoided as much as possible.
Natural sugars in fruit and veg are fine.
It's the processed stuff that fucks with your blood glucose, fat storage, etc. (this applies to artificial sweeteners too)
So I'm 21 and until recently, I only had pubic hair and some under my armpits but nowhere else, and have never been able to grow a beard or moustache.
But ever since I started hitting the gym in late November and changed my diet to eat more protein, I've noticed I'm growing hair above my navel and on my nipples, and a few stiff hairs under my chin. I'm basically going through a second puberty.
Is it possible that there's a relation here?
