I have been progressing well in all of my lifts the last 3 months but my overhead press is developing much more slowly. In most of the other compound exercises I have moved up 100+lbs from where I started but my OHP has only gone up 30lbs in the same period (25lbs to 55lbs)
Is this normal? How do I increase this? This is the only lift that makes me look weak in a gym full of DYELs and Fatty manlets

So i started lifting about a year ago, having some serious progress. Im 6'4 naturally, so pretty tall, but in no way small, pushing 95kg (210) before i started and at 112kg (250) currently.
I do 2pl8 bench and 3pl8 deadlift. Not super good but really good for 1 year as far as i can tell.
Now to my point: everyfuckingwhere i hear "well you are big so its not that hard to lift heavy for you", "its not that much compared to your bodyweight". "oh look at me i weigh 50 kilos and bench 60 so technically im stronger than you".

I'm 5'9 not exactly the worst manlet possible but still not great.
My posture is terrible I slouch a lot, how many more inches could I get if I improved my posture?

I never seriously trained pullups until this year and started because of some shoulder imbalances.
Started out very pathetic but now able to hit about 19-20 before I can't do more in 1 set. Wondering if the rest of /fit/ trains pullups or if I was just a retard.
I mean, I'd go to sit in the ice bath if I was sore. Go hit the treadmill/ row machine if it was cold out. Go to hit the punching bag/ jump rope. Go to stretch. Go to swim. Go to sauna.

I went from 60kg to 63 kg in 5 months by eating oats with whey and olive oil for breakfast and some Greek yoghurt with a bit of fruit and walnuts before going to sleep. So a tip is try to find something you enjoy/can bear to eat that is high in energy and eat before going to bed/ add an extra meal. You only need to increase your energy intake by a few hundred kcal to increase in size.
